1 /5 Meghan Lewis: This bank sold to First Bank and Ive had nothing but a bad experience ever since they transitioned 3 weeks ago. Tried to change my address on my account online twice and they still have the wrong address on there. Today I get notified of a fraudulent transaction and they block my card, then when I call the bank to discuss it with them, after an extensive wait time which I NEVER had with NW GA Bank, they tell me their system is down and to call back in an hour. Im done with First Bank and would NOT recommend this crock job to anyone.

2 /5 Hayley B: Closed my joint (myself & daughter) account today in Ringgold, we will gladly remain with TVFCU and Unify. 2.9 review rating says it all. Didn’t realize adding husband to account would require my daughter to sign paperwork approving BUT when she tells me I can close the joint account w/o her signature I was puzzled. I’m assuming the desk clerk Jeanne S. is able to pick and choose who and how she wants to help people. Not a good experience at all. We Opened an account in Feb 2022 with a $14k car loan and paid it off early (Aug 2024) w/o missing or being late on ANY payments. Again, we will both remain at TVFCU and Unify and not add a 3rd bank to our portfolio.

4 /5 Vanessa Carroll: I love this, they staff is friendly and helpful and will come to your aide very quickly. The only thing I dont like are the hours. The hours they dont even stay up until 6:00 pm like they used to, they stay open till 4:00 thats crazy. They should at least stay up until 6:00 on Fridays and Thursdays thats my opinion though Thats the only thing I have a problem with is their hours. Theyre wonderful though Ben banking with them Well been at that bank for 40 years Love you about 38 and theyve had their been bottle out just twice but I still enjoy his bank.

1 /5 Kristy Walls: Zero stars from me!! I only chose one star because it wouldnt let me post my review until I chose at least one. I banked with Northwest Ga Bank for many years.. Close to 15 years! Never had a problem until a few months ago. I believe thats when First Bank took over. I have to say I Hate this bank. I will tell everyone I know not to bank there. Never can get anyone on the phone and the new hours are very inconvenient. As soon as my automated payments clear I will be closing my accounts and going to another bank.

" I paid $1,500 cash for a divorce and my TPO and all this to get started for protection for my abusive husband who was in prison. Coming for my distraught and scared mother standing in their office crying. Stevie, the paralegal at the front desk, She had told me the day before that it hasnt been submitted. But when I went up there, shes done it now. This comes After numerous calls to Ms Romans, who was my attorney, and numerous emails and no responses. I went down to the office. Thats when they proceeded to yell at me like I was an ignorant child! Mrs Romans didnt come out. I dont even know if she was there. But Mr Penland busted through that door to the lobby and screamed in my face. He told me he was not going to represent me anymore. I said thats fine. I just wanted them to withdraw and give me my money back because they did not their job, nothing has been done, and now I still have no divorce and no TPO or no contact order for my children and I. Ha, he told me that was $1,500 to file a few pieces of paper. This firm is a whole joke.

Andrea, in particular, is outstanding and exceedingly friendly. She is always helpful and incredibly responsive, as well. As with all her clients, she certainly has a client for life in me. I just hope she decides to take on new clients soon so I can actually send over the people I brag to about her work! Additionally, I love that everything comes in a neat package for me to file in my personal records each year.

cheeze (cheeze): I’m feeling kinda sad today because I looked and seen these 1 star reviews from people that seem to think the world starts and stops with them. I’ve been at this bank for more than 10 years and the people inside the bank have changed over the years but their values haven’t changed. They offer face to face interaction and obviously that’s at a premium… Also every successful business has open and closed schedule and as a customer I know these hours. I feel the current staff inside do a great job and they’re actually at a job unlike most of society. It could be way worse. Why do we worry about the 1 percent of unsatisfied that will stay unsatisfied? Thank you Ringgold branch for all you do!
