1 /5 Meghan Lewis: This bank sold to First Bank and Ive had nothing but a bad experience ever since they transitioned 3 weeks ago. Tried to change my address on my account online twice and they still have the wrong address on there. Today I get notified of a fraudulent transaction and they block my card, then when I call the bank to discuss it with them, after an extensive wait time which I NEVER had with NW GA Bank, they tell me their system is down and to call back in an hour. Im done with First Bank and would NOT recommend this crock job to anyone.
