Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again. Chris if you’re reading this, I remember when banking was personal, it was called Capital Bank

1 /5 c crump: Twice I have stopped at the ATM for cash. I dont typically have cash so when i get some from an ATM, its for places that would not typically take my card. This location stocks the ATM with $100 bills which are actually hard to unload at an establishment never mind if you just wanted cash to go junking or go to the hs game SMH.

1 /5 Jenn Bob: Worst bank ever!! When this was Capital Bank it had such a hometown friendly bank feel- I really miss that. They hold your deposits for DAYS. They are rude and unprofessional. If you point out a mistake- they refuse to fix it- even when you have the proof. If you want a bank with a hometown happy professional feel- keep driving because this is not it!

1 /5 Chelsey Marlin: We moved to the area and decided to open an account recently. I deposited over $1k to open the account, and was told I would have my debit card within 7-10 days. I received it last week and have been trying for literal days to activate it. It cant be done through an automated system, but you have to speak to someone. Waiting literal hours on the phone on hold for it to finally say sorry we cant answer your call 30 mins before close and hangs up on me for the 3rd business day in a row. Still not activated. I have also not been able to access my online banking since I created it even though I am using the confirmed username I wrote down and my correct ssn. And again cant get anyone on the phone. They have my money yet I cant speak to someone to use it. Terrible first impression. I will be going to a branch and pulling my funds to close out the account I just opened two weeks ago. This is not how you do business.

" I paid $1,500 cash for a divorce and my TPO and all this to get started for protection for my abusive husband who was in prison. Coming for my distraught and scared mother standing in their office crying. Stevie, the paralegal at the front desk, She had told me the day before that it hasnt been submitted. But when I went up there, shes done it now. This comes After numerous calls to Ms Romans, who was my attorney, and numerous emails and no responses. I went down to the office. Thats when they proceeded to yell at me like I was an ignorant child! Mrs Romans didnt come out. I dont even know if she was there. But Mr Penland busted through that door to the lobby and screamed in my face. He told me he was not going to represent me anymore. I said thats fine. I just wanted them to withdraw and give me my money back because they did not their job, nothing has been done, and now I still have no divorce and no TPO or no contact order for my children and I. Ha, he told me that was $1,500 to file a few pieces of paper. This firm is a whole joke.

I’ve been at this bank for more than 10 years and the people inside the bank have changed over the years but their values haven’t changed. They offer face to face interaction and obviously that’s at a premium… Also every successful business has open and closed schedule and as a customer I know these hours. I feel the current staff inside do a great job and they’re actually at a job unlike most of society. It could be way worse. Why do we worry about the 1 percent of unsatisfied that will stay unsatisfied? Thank you Ringgold branch for all you do!
