Wayne Rye Had transmission rebuilt and 2 weeks later its leaking badly,take back they fix and 6 months later its leaking again and runs out of fluid destroying the sychonizers,was told to bring it back and they would repair for cost of parts and like a idiot I did that, now 6 months later the transmission is grinding again.They also kept my truck all together about 3 months.Place is a joke and they do shabby work. I spent a total of $2500 and 3 months without a vehicle and transmission is still the same.Run from this place.

Jan Bassett Just had my 3rd service repair at Terrys Auto Clinic and apparently the charmer! Lol Had an alternator replacement, then wiper assembly replacement then today a bigger one, heater core replaced. Not much of a waiting room but if dropping off car, no problem. Kevin is very nice, they have great parts prices and labor very reasonable. I only looked up heater core info afterwards and Super glad got an OLD car, van! The prices on heater cores then labor were up to THREE TIMES what I paid! Super good too was turn around! Highly recommend but only more business if they get the help - calling good mechanics! - lol

VERY helpful in getting the issue diagnosed and working things out to get our car fixed at a decent price! As we waited we saw long-time, loyal customers drop off/pick up their cars and chat with the owner and his daughter. Highly recommend this business! It is a rare find! Also..., if you schedule a while you wait appointment, it is so nice that you can walk downtown to eat, get coffee etc.

Veronica Shepherd Our son took his car to have the front passenger bearing replaced on a Saturday. The manager told him theyd get right on it. He waited an hour and a half. He got up to walk out at 10:30. The manager told him to come back at 1. He went back and waited 30 more minutes. The manager told him theyd order the part, but it wouldnt be in until 3. They close at 3 on Saturday. I took the vehicle up there at 9 a.m. on Monday. The part wasnt in neither was the manager. I waited over an hour and a half for the manager and part to get there. During the process of pounding and pulling the bearing off, the "mechanic" pulled the cv axel apart and out of socket and all of the transmission fluid leaked out. Fast forward 3 hours later it was all--cv axel and bearing-- were repaired and the transmission fluid was replaced. I left and halfway home there was a loud noise all of a sudden. There was a squeeling sound, the tire was bouncing, and the steering wheel was shaking. Colemans sent a wrecker to pick it up. They called Tueaday said it was repaired. They said the heat shield was scrubbing the rotors. Went and picked it up. Drove through town, but once I got out of town and over 45 mph the vehicle was doing the same thing. Colemans picked it up again. They finally got to it Wednesday afternoon, and the same thing happened. I couldnt even drive over 40 mph. I took the car to Iveys Tire and they had to replace the bearing that said they replaced and the spindle that the "mechanic" at Colemenas broke while repairing the bearing and cv axle. My husband went today to try and settle with the manager who stated, "Weve did nothing wrong!" This place is a joke! Very unprofessional and not trustworthy!

Stephanie Griffin Ive been to buying tires from here for 7 years dropped my truck off for my 9 am appointment.The tires and the spacers that were ordered are wrong and they want to charge me a hundred and fifty dollars to take the tires back off my rims, because they were wrong. So instead of fixing their mess up they want me to pay them to fix it. This place is a rip off! They even dented my fender pulling it into the bay. $2000 I spent for this to be done and they want $150 more and Im stuck with tires that are wrong and spacers that are wrong. Do business somewhere else this man is a crook We will be filing lawsuit.

Al Harris Broke the windshield on a Friday afternoon. Called and Brian answered pretty quickly. I sent him my VIN number as requested and he responded with a written estimate and that the part was in stock. We met on Saturday morning and he had my windshield replaced within the hour. Brian was professional the entire time and seemed like a very nice man that genuinely loved his job. The price was cheaper than the big national chain and the work is just as good.
