blue lion Roberts Classic Auto Repair is THE BEST auto shop in Athens, in my opinion. Ive been to them numerous times and they always get the job done with skill, courtesy and top tier professionalism and fair prices. I wouldnt take my car to anyone else at this point. Theyve definitely gained a repeat customer in me and I would recommend them to anyone. They are hard working, knowledgeable and more than deserving of this five star review (would give them more if I could). Thanks, guys!

Cameron Brewer What can you even really say when everything goes perfectly? Look, I get it, driving by it doesn’t look like much from the road but often times, especially in Athens, you gotta travel a dirt road for a conversation and a hidden gem. Frank and his team are AWESOME! I hit a deer a couple of months ago. It did quite significant damage to the front of the vehicle. Frank worked with insurance, was patient with my requests, and considering that GEICO tried to stiff us all along the way, Frank did an awesome job. I highly recommend him and his team. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Seriously, it was the best experience I’ve had with a car repair, ever.

Matthew H. Colvin Fantastic shop, owner is knowledgeable and very courteous. He was very patient with some tricky wheels I needed balanced and went out of his way to help me out. This shop is now my go-to for anything wheel and suspension related for my trucks and my wifes car.

Larry Clark Had my work truck break the PTO joint that operates the pump. One call to Tyners in the middle of the day and they allowed me to bring it by. Fixed it and had me back making deliveries in 2.5 hours. Excellent customer service.

R Hitch Dont take your car here, I was a fool for doing so after being warned. They said I needed an AC compressor, but never mentioned the engine light was on, which was not when I dropped it off. If that was true they would have told me over phone, all they could say was I dont know why we didnt tell you, also paid for diagnostic check, I got F UP service, I will never go back. The time has passed this crew they dont know what theyre doing.

Tickles Its been 4 years since Ive been here. I was traveling through and my wheel bearing went out. Everywhere including these guys were busy, but unlike everywhere else, they took the time to help me out in my time of need. Im from Illinois and I was stranded. I had an 01 white Monte Carlo SS. Ive been searching for them ever since to come back with my future projects. Now that Ive found them again, Im only two hours away. They not only got me in and taken care of, but they went above and beyond any mechanics Ive ever ran into. Affordable prices and explained to me what they were doing, what the problem was, how they found out what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Antwannet Thomas This was my first experience at this auto shop for an oil change, and I was not disappointed. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and family-oriented. I had booked an appointment for the Snellville location, unaware that there were two locations. As a result, I ended up at the Loganville location. They were able to fit me in for my oil change, which they did with a smile and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the Loganville location of Crown. After speaking with the owner, it was clear that he believes in operating with integrity and excellent customer service. So ask for Jeff & tell him I sent you!

They all gave us either a 24 or 5 hour window but Casper’s mobile mechanic came right away, was very kind, professional and fast. Would HIGHLY recommend! The absolute best and very knowledgeable!

Decena Webcom Creative Lifesaver! My 2007 Ford F-150 wouldn’t start, and I thought I needed a new starter. He came out, tested everything, and found out it was just a bad battery connection. Fixed it in minutes and saved me tons of money!

Wayne Bartlett I was looking for a very good paint job for reasonable price. I had been quoted up $8,000 and didn’t feel good about the shops. Oconee Auto Refinishing was recommended by my muffler shop. After discussing what I wanted with Wes, I knew this was the right place. He listened and the price was reasonable. During the job I could check on the progress with no hassle. Once I seen the final job all I can say is WOW!! Attention to detail was very good and was done as I directed. Everyone there was nice and very helpful. If you need a paint job and body work, this is the place!

Thilanka Liyanage I came in to get an exhaust pipe repaired. He identified the location of the issue straightaway and got it fixed within the day. Pete was very easy to deal with over text and very responsive to the messages. I like the fact that he checked with me about each issue he identified and gave me a price before he went ahead with the repair only when I was good for it (i.e. no BS and hidden fee to deal with). I can easily recommend to anyone who asks about a mechanic.

Ben Brown I can’t say enough good things about Sanchez Auto Service. They reminded me that there are still good people in the world—people who genuinely care and go out of their way to help. My daughter was stranded three hours from home, and their shop was closing in an hour. They towed her car in and quickly diagnosed the issue. I figured I’d have to make the six-hour round trip to bring her and the car home. But just ten minutes later, they called back—they had already found the parts nearby, ordered them, and made the decision to stay late so they could fix it that night. They didn’t want her waiting alone for hours, and they didn’t want me driving through the night. They stayed late, did the work quickly and professionally, and got her safely back on the road. They had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation, but they didn’t. No overtime charges. No emergency fees. Just honest work at a fair price. I would’ve gladly paid more, but they charged what was right. Thank you, Sanchez Auto. You treated my family with kindness and compassion during a stressful moment, and we’re incredibly grateful.

Annie Gibbons I’ve had three experiences with Sanchez Auto and each visit has been stellar! Most recent experience was a turning signal lightbulb went out. I went in expecting to not get my vehicle back immediately only for them to fix it in 20 minutes and sent me on my way! They are honest and upfront with pricing and have never tried to add on a service or expense that’s not needed. It’s definitely a business worth supporting!
