5 /5 Antwannet Thomas: This was my first experience at this auto shop for an oil change, and I was not disappointed. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and family-oriented. I had booked an appointment for the Snellville location, unaware that there were two locations. As a result, I ended up at the Loganville location. They were able to fit me in for my oil change, which they did with a smile and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the Loganville location of Crown. After speaking with the owner, it was clear that he believes in operating with integrity and excellent customer service. So ask for Jeff & tell him I sent you!

They followed up a week later to check to see how my car is doing. Great customer service. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
