logan mayzurk I’ve been going to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Madison for everything from oil changes to brake pads, rotors, and even headlight replacements—and I honestly can’t say enough good things. The staff here are incredibly nice, genuinely caring, and always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows every time I bring my car in. They’re quick, professional, and most importantly, trustworthy. Highly recommend them if you want solid, dependable service with a personal touch.

Laura G I went to this place for the first time this morning to have my oil changed and front end alignment. I had barely gotten to the front door when an employee greeted me, discussed the very easy apt. I made on their website and directed me inside.
Obviously the waiting room was clean and amenities were good. That wasn’t an issue I focus on, though what really caught my attention was how they came to me to discuss what they would be doing, costs based on my choice of product. I didn’t feel pressured to use the expensive products, instead they politely explained the costs options.
The time it took was maybe an hour, that’s with one other person already there and a couple arriving after me, both for completely different services. Check out was simple and the employees are a joy to talk too.
As I was leaving they told me they had heard some squeaking with my breaks and offered a very cheap inspection, followed up with options and pricing. They said I could come by anytime, or set an Apt. Again, I didn’t feel pressured into agreeing to something right then and there.
I do not see myself going anywhere else in the future.
