Guess These guys are great, theyre priority is the customer. They checked out my vehicle after I was informed by another shop that it was going to be a costly repair. They discovered that the issue was just my tires. The dont do tires but directed me to a place located 10 seconds down the road. I am a fan of CLN!

S Man They swapped my transmission 6months ago. When it failed a week ago I took it back to them. They denied to fix the issue even though it is under their warranty! After arguing for countless hours nothing was done. Do not do business here.

James didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need at the moment but mad e me aware of what will be needed later down the line. He kept me informed every step of the way and even explained what was needed and done in terms I could easily understand and even answered my many questions with grace and patience. LABARRON POLLOCK This was my first visit at this location. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and take their time to ensure that diagnosis is proper. One thing I like is that they will only use certified parts. If you get your car diagnosed there, and have to bring the car back at a later date for the same repair, they will still apply the diagnostics fee to the repair for repair cost credit as I understand. Basically, if you bring it back later, they will even apply the initial diagnostic fee to the repair. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone with a late model Mercedes that the dealer will not work on. Just to add a note. I had to go back in and edit this post due to grammar errors. It was not to correct anything that I stated in the previous review.

Ms. L.M.B. I had an excellent experience with Alpha Automotive McDonough. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and transparent about the work needed on my vehicle. They diagnosed the issue, and while the diagnoses process took a bit longer than expected due to the snowstorm that week, they kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated receiving the details on cost via text, along with the ability to approve the work right from my phone. Not only was the work completed efficiently (a day after the diagnoses) but my car has been running smoothly ever since. Apphia Webster-Williams We typically do business with Carver Tire & Auto Repair. They installed our new battery and did our alignment. They were reasonable. We have never had an issue with them until today. I am guessing due to new management. We had an issue with our car. We took it up there for them to run a diagnostic or to check it out. They never told us that they would charge us a diagnostic fee when we took it up there on 07/23/25. They quoted us 2,589.00. They said that we needed new spark plugs and 6 fuel injectors. When we went to pick it up on 07/24/25, as we decided that we needed a second opinion, they charged us 160.00. We dont have an issue paying a diagnostic fee if you tell us there is one initially. There was never a mention of it over the phone or in person. We paid the fee as we didnt want our vehicle being held hostage. I also believe that they charged us this fee because we decided to get a second opinion. Also, I dont appreciate them trying to financially take advantage of us or make up issues with the vehicle to get additional monies. We took our vehicle to the dealership instead. We needed a tune up, they will replace the spark plugs, and the injectors were not clogged. The coils around them needed to be replaced. We were charged 657.00 for this at the Honda Dealership. The moral of the story is to get a second opinion so that they do not try to take advantage of you financially and make sure you ask if they are going to charge a diagnostic fee or anything so that you are not caught off guard. Beware.

LaQuail Burke Sold me a car and rhe engine went out not even 24 hours after receiving the car. Refused to give me any money back but agreed to wipe off the 1600 balance and replace the engine. Then when I required about the title he kept saying he had no record of the vehicle in his system and to check bill of sale and send him a copy. I did and this man says pay him 2700 and hell release the title to a car Ive had and driven for 4 years. If I owed 2,000 why would you not come to repo your car when my address and phone number has been the same this whole time. Hit a deer last week headed too work and bow the insurance company is paying him 2,000 leaving me with 300 to put towards a new damn vehicle. Hes definitely a scammer and a rip off, I would never purchase another vehicle from this place again.

Luckily we were right next to this mechanic when this occurred. Early Saturday morning we contacted and they immediately helped us so quickly and efficiently! Marcus Long Fairly priced, and completed the job as expected. However, professionalism and communication are lacking a bit. I called for a brake job for my mom in which we discussed services needed, pricing, and same day availability. I provided my address as well as an additional phone number. After two hours of no communication. I reached out for an ETA, in which he asked was the vehicle was at a different location than the address provided. I advised that the vehicle was at the address in a previous text message. However, opposed to calling either of the phone numbers provided, or manually entering the address, the gentleman responded with “where did you think I came up with the idea” of the vehicle being elsewhere, and sent a corresponding screen recording to prove his point. I told him to manually enter my address in maps to locate my home, and sent a screen recording to help. I called to verify, he did not answer, but sent a text that he was on his way. Once he arrived, he brought an adolescent child (no more than 10 years of age) with him to assist or teach them how to do the brake job. My mom advised that he was “nice nasty” with her as well. I greatly appreciate the work being completed especially same day. BUT He did not earn a tip in anyway. nor will I call him for any future work due to his lack of professionalism.

Mona Leerdam Pleasant on the phone but had an instant attitude upon arrival. He picked up the wrong part from the dealer. After trying to install and noticing the belt was too long we then went to another dealer, he stayed in his truck. The part is wrong. He asked me why I didn’t double check the part. I was under the impression that he was the professional and would get the correct part AND install it. He stated he has to leave due to having a court appointment. I’m still obligated to paying for him coming out. So now I’m out $360 and still in the same position of needing to call another roadside assistance mechanic. A complete waste of time and money.

fine n dandy I drive for a living and have been going to these guys for a good few months now. They always do me right. Great customer service, their prices are fully itemized and reasonable, theyre always quick and transparents about their work, and you can just tell everyone cares and wants the best for you. Shaun Sutton My son just went to the East 81 Automotive shop to get an oil change on our familys Ford truck. He was guided into the bay and then a few minutes later, unceremoniously advised by one of the people working there that they could not change his oil or provide auto service to him because of "prior issues with him and/or his vehicles." My son was stunned and I have no idea what these people are talking about. My son worked there for a short time several years ago under the original ownership that is now long gone. Apparently, there is some remanent of personnel still working there from that time that have some sort of vendetta against him for some unknown reason. I can tell you this much, the truck they refused to service is owned by ME. I have 5 other vehicles that I own and that need regular oil change service that will not be taken to their shop EVER. You can also bet that I will share the treatment my family has received with everyone I know. If I could give a negative number for a review score, you can bet I would do it. You all ought to be ashamed.

Rhonda Smith Please read! I took my car there this morning, and things did not go well. I had my brakes replaced here several years ago, and there is a lifetime warranty( not including labor).They replaced the pads, and that did not fix the problem. The guy at the front told me it was the master cylinder, and they did not know until the end. He claimed there was no way of knowing until the other work was done. Six hours, the mechanic worked on my car, and the problem is still there. They could have called us and said there is a bigger problem, and this is what needs to be done as soon as the mechanic realized the bleeding did not fix the issue. Instead, they replaced the pads, collected $250, and the problem is still there. We sat outside the shop and watched this mechanic struggle, and not one time did we get a call. We were sitting out there for 30 minutes. I wont be back because they dont have the integrity to be honest or the decency to say they made a mistake!

Harold Harris They are best dealership I have been dealing with for over 20 years. They know their business and have never had any issues with them. They tell you about everything your car needs before fixing it. Anderson if they dont have what you need. They recommended other places in town that they trust to send you to.. that makes great customerservice .

Scott Reed Big shoutout to the guys at AJC Mobile Mechanic. My family and I had a total brake failure on my truck today. We was lucky to even get it off the interstate. Jacob from AJC came over accessed the problem went to get parts and made the repair in less than two hours. We was 6 hours from home in Kentucky with not a lot of options.
