I had originally taken the Jeep in for an oil change, and let me tell you, the office is so clean and so friendly. They even had water and coffee to partake of.They inspected the Jeep before they gave it back, and even rotated my tires! I had to take my Pilot to them after that. Once again, they did an amazing job, and changed out my tail-light that was out, after alerting me. If I could, Id give them 10 stars of 5. Super job guys! Will only be using you for the future repairs, and oil changes!

Iyaba Lawal: "EXCELLENCE AT ITS BEST" My son and my mate was out of town today and my suv stalled out. My normal mechanic is closed on Sundays. I took a chance and searched the web, for a mobile mechanic. I called and the mechanic answered right away. Very professional, asked me questions and arrived within 30 minutes. He had every tool available, he was very knowledgeable and put my anxiety at ease. He didnt stop until he found the issue. I am thankful for his knowledge, professionalism and he got me back on the road. Pricing was very reasonable. Ive found a new mechanic!

Marcus Long: Fairly priced, and completed the job as expected. However, professionalism and communication are lacking a bit. I called for a brake job for my mom in which we discussed services needed, pricing, and same day availability. I provided my address as well as an additional phone number. After two hours of no communication. I reached out for an ETA, in which he asked was the vehicle was at a different location than the address provided. I advised that the vehicle was at the address in a previous text message. However, opposed to calling either of the phone numbers provided, or manually entering the address, the gentleman responded with “where did you think I came up with the idea” of the vehicle being elsewhere, and sent a corresponding screen recording to prove his point. I told him to manually enter my address in maps to locate my home, and sent a screen recording to help. I called to verify, he did not answer, but sent a text that he was on his way. Once he arrived, he brought an adolescent child (no more than 10 years of age) with him to assist or teach them how to do the brake job. My mom advised that he was “nice nasty” with her as well. I greatly appreciate the work being completed especially same day. BUT He did not earn a tip in anyway. nor will I call him for any future work due to his lack of professionalism.

Had a super unfortunate situation where a shop didn’t tighten my oil filter properly and all my oil leaked out in the hotel parking lot after driving from Orlando. Alpha auto came over to the parking lot and did the oil change and new oil filter right on site. They pulled my vehicle onto their lift to inspect for any other damage. Couldn’t be more appreciative of these people they legitimately saved my whole road trip. Highly recommended. (Photos represent the situation alpha saved me from!!) so grateful!
