Mobile Fleet Repair - McDonough Marcus Long: Fairly priced, and completed the job as expected. However, professionalism and communication are lacking a bit.
I called for a brake job for my mom in which we discussed services needed, pricing, and same day availability. I provided my address as well as an additional phone number.
After two hours of no communication. I reached out for an ETA, in which he asked was the vehicle was at a different location than the address provided. I advised that the vehicle was at the address in a previous text message. However, opposed to calling either of the phone numbers provided, or manually entering the address, the gentleman responded with “where did you think I came up with the idea” of the vehicle being elsewhere, and sent a corresponding screen recording to prove his point. I told him to manually enter my address in maps to locate my home, and sent a screen recording to help. I called to verify, he did not answer, but sent a text that he was on his way.
Once he arrived, he brought an adolescent child (no more than 10 years of age) with him to assist or teach them how to do the brake job. My mom advised that he was “nice nasty” with her as well.
I greatly appreciate the work being completed especially same day. BUT He did not earn a tip in anyway. nor will I call him for any future work due to his lack of professionalism.
