Frank Pitchford Part of our traveling party hit a deer on the way to Tennessee. The auxiliary radiator was busted, so the car had to be towed. We found 411 Auto nearby, so we called and confirmed they would be able to accept the car. This happened on a Thursday. We had to leave it with them until we came back through the following Wednesday. They had the car repaired and drivable again upon our return. Couldnt have asked for much more than that.

Celeste Earley I took my 2010 F150 to get the rotors turned I was charged $50 since I dont live far from the shop I didnt notice until the next. Morning that my rotors hadnt been turned properly.i decided to take to another mechanic I was told that it looks as if their machine was either messed up and only turn my rotors once now they are all scratched up. The job was never finished but yet still charged me .

Expandacraft Modular Boats I have never dealt with a more dishonest and incompetent company in my life. This story may shock you. I came in with my trailer which had one blown out tire, three other tires needing to be replaced, and one new tire on a white "non matching rim" to replace the blown out tire. I bought 3 new tires, and paid to have my other new tire put on the matching rim, and asked that the best of my old tires be put on the white rim as my spare. One month later, I noticed a tire going flat and discovered that it was one of my old tires! They did take tire #1 off of the white rim and put one of my old tires on as I asked, but they failed to put that new tire on one of the matching rims. Here is where it gets crazy. I called and spoke with the manager, who immediately got defensive and said "his guy cant find my other new tire", to which I replied, " it doesnt matter if your guy cant find the tire in your shop, I cant find the tire, and it should be on my camper". The manager got even more defensive and wouldnt accept my offer to give him the phone # of shop #2 who could have affirmed that it was an old tire on my grey rim, as well as on the white spare rim, he also wouldnt accept my photo of the two old tires, nor would he listen to the fact that if his guy had done the job correctly, I couldnt possibly have 2 of the old tires. The manager said he would speak to the owner and the next day when I called, he said the owner told him to tell me I was out of luck. I dont think the owner was told the truth, I own a business, and if I screw up, I pony up. I will be calling my CC company to dispute this, and they will listen to me and take in consideration my evidence. Obviously, the manager is covering up his mistake, and if the owner is OK with not taking responsibility for this, people should know what kind of business they are dealing with. Oh, and one last thing, the tire they chose to be my spare out of the 3 old ones, has a nail in it! Unbelievable.

They charged 430.00 for new plugs and said my 5th cylinder was flooding gas into exhaust. Then qoated me 500 for catilitic converter. Now there saying they dont do muffler . Have to go to a muffler shop but on thier page it says muffler. They didnt do that ti I complained about my car. I told them larry has always done me right but cant talk to larry and dont know his last name. If anyone does know his name please help. Cause larrys always done me right and dont want to report his shop. He would make them do the right thing. He was a race car driver and the mechanics think you cant find him.

Jesse Badger I have never used this business but I am sure that work is done correctly. However their is a mechanic who works there. Very Nice Guy. Young and Looks Upstanding. I payed him 95% for a transmission fix and promised both myself and him for more once the job was completed. He did the opposite and gave it back 2 months later. Now I have bigger problems with this truck than EVER Before. It has never been mistreated. I was very upset upon towing it back home and checking under the hood. Ive contemplated this situation and had a change of heart. I PRAY FOR THIS MAN. I FORGIVE THIS MAN. I OWE MY LIFE TO THIS MAN IN HELPING ME SEE THE LIGHT OF CHRIST. THANKYOU LORD!!!

J&M Roofing & Construction Broke down today in Georgia, called several shops, and was referred by another mobile mechanic to Gary here at Cain Truck Repair. Called them around 530, and by 930, we were up and running for a very reasonable price. Garys customer service is phenomenal!! Diane Lewis A while back I brought the truck my son drives there to get a new tire. He started having trouble with a tire losing air. He plugged it, it started losing air again and he replugged it. The third time it was losing air somewhere else, he plugged it. He complained he thinks these are cheap tires and we might need a new tire. Thinking this was a different one from the one I bought there I went in and explained the situation. They said they would check it out. They brought it back, gave me the key without saying anything. Then they told me they were able to plug it and charged me $20. 9 hours later its flat!

To safely get me back home, they did a work around by disconnecting my 4WD ability that only allowed for 2WD. It worked and I made it safely back home. Sean Darmanin I came up from Florida and rented a cabin with my two dogs. The day before I left I got my oil change done in Florida. While walking dogs Christmas Eve I noticed oil pouring from under my truck. I called Harpers and explained my dilemma he sent 2 guys here to temp fix and fill oil back up. I then followed them to shop where they repaired and filled back oil. I had great conversations with every mechanic there. Some of the most nicest and respectful people Ive ever met. Not used to it in Florida.

J Cant say enough nice things about these guys. Took my wifes 03 Mach 1 in for severe front end issues as well as needing a rear differential. These guys not only fixed all issues with the vehicle, it was reasonably priced. Deyonna Qualls They busted my back windshield! My clear coat on the top of my car is gone completely. They cut my drivers side leather seat in 2 places about an inch long. My air conditioner vent inside the car was broken. Theres a small leak somewhere in the coolant system. He even looked at it and said it looked fine but it was leaking then and its still leaking. The ladies in the front office are amazing. Kind, professional, and more helpful than I could have ever expected. This is the only good we got from this place. I do not recommend this shop to anyone and this is one place Ill never go back to.

Joshua Ellis Hands down the best dealership around! Preston is the service tech who has always took care of me when I brought my wife’s ford bronco down to the shop. He is very detailed and nice and always stays in touch with me on the process of the car and it was a total engine swap that they did for us and he was amazing every step of the way! I was ready to sell the bronco by how another dealership treated us but after one visit to Chatsworth ford I knew we was at the right place! He handled all the warranty work and even came and picked the car up from our house as well as delivered the rental to our house and when the car was done they delivered it back to our house!! 5 stars isn’t enough and Preston deserves a raise he is very knowledgeable and professional in every way!
