Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again. Meghan Lewis: This bank sold to First Bank and Ive had nothing but a bad experience ever since they transitioned 3 weeks ago. Tried to change my address on my account online twice and they still have the wrong address on there. Today I get notified of a fraudulent transaction and they block my card, then when I call the bank to discuss it with them, after an extensive wait time which I NEVER had with NW GA Bank, they tell me their system is down and to call back in an hour. Im done with First Bank and would NOT recommend this crock job to anyone.
