Ken and his team promised to help me straighten out my books and be available to my company and any time and they have done just that. We are a growing transporation company and our focus is on "trucking". We are not accountants. 1 /5 Detoxpain: I do not suggest using this business for anything that you couldnt have done somewhere else better and cheaper. I went to these con artists under the false impression that this was still the same accounting firm that had been here since I was a child, not that it had been bought out and replaced. Multiple times I mentioned how I and my Grandmother always used the services of this business until I switched to E-Tax filing (I encountered an issue having to do with a reimbursement I was owed by the government over a mishandling of my personal funds and needed some in person assistance). The "professionals" at this establishment not only refused to mention that the ownership of the company was in different hands but when I presented my information they assured me that there would be no issue. There was no issue for sure, they did nothing to resolve the problem I had and had the GAUL to charge me 300 dollars for absolutely nothing. Not only will I never return to this place I can ensure I will let everyone in town know about how this business is operated. Thank you
