Velox Insurance - Jonesboro (GA)

1 /5 Austin McDaniel: The first quote for me was a reasonable price, but a couple of years they kept going higher and higher. I have a 98 accord, and Im 25 and in college, but they want 216/month. Ive had no accidents, and I have no speeding tickets on my record. I paid $1000 for my car, but they want me to pay over what I paid for my car each year to insure it. Thats pretty ridiculous, and since my track record is so good its even more ridiculous. They dont appreciate their customer base.

1 /5 Rae: Very poor customer service, when I needed help they had very poor attitudes, this isnt even just one insurance company its 2 so if you have any issues you have to deal with both insurances and they practically have no communication between each other, so if there is a problem its "you have to call that insurance company." or "you have to call the other insurance company cause you spoke with them." I could have sworn I wanted Velox insurance not TWO!!!! Person hung up on my name is Cristain just hung up with an attitude.
