Plenty parking and easy access from a state hwy 19/41 or some people refer to it as Tara Blvd. The location is right a rec light 4way crossing so easy to come and go in either direction.plus theres all kinds of other services you might need in all directions.

Actual office please not the call centershe gets smart and hang up the phone in my face i never experienced that with them before rudness at it best

I called five other insurance providers , at least, and needed our coverage to be active within the next few days. Another insurance agency located in Jonesboro actually laughed and said there is no way it could go through underwriting in less then a week ( although we have been in business 8 years I already knew that was not true). After a long day of calls and repeating information I got in touch with Falcon around 4pm. I spoke with Grandassa who had an email out to me within in minutes, got back to me in no more then 30 minutes with a great rate and had us covered first thing in the morning. Even as quick as she worked she still paid very close attention to detail to make sure we were covered properly. I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and time if I had called Falcon first! I highly recommend them.
