    Ashley Smith: I started shopping around for our business liability insurance around 9am. I called five other insurance providers , at least, and needed our coverage to be active within the next few days. Another insurance agency located in Jonesboro actually laughed and said there is no way it could go through underwriting in less then a week ( although we have been in business 8 years I already knew that was not true). After a long day of calls and repeating information I got in touch with Falcon around 4pm. I spoke with Grandassa who had an email out to me within in minutes, got back to me in no more then 30 minutes with a great rate and had us covered first thing in the morning. Even as quick as she worked she still paid very close attention to detail to make sure we were covered properly. I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and time if I had called Falcon first! I highly recommend them.

I ask the hoe whats her name she hung up after they keep changing the rules on how they accept payments. Full bs I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want a solid set of rules. Now Im inconvenienced of paying my policy which can result in me getting a ticket. I hate this place. I signed my policy where others were not on my policy now I have to come in a resign again because I use my husbands card to pay. What does it matter as long as my damn payment is made. I cant wait to come into the office because yall got me messed up. I asked for something in email so I can read the new rules my self the trick hung up this the 3rd time and its a charm.

After being referred to the Stockbridge location I can honestly say I love it the most! Azya is the BEST! She’s heaven sent and I personally prefer and highly recommend her! She gets the job done! I KNOW Azya can make it happen. Out of every agent I have encountered she stands out the most because she goes above and beyond.     Eva Vulne: Ive been with them for a while and the worst thing to find out is theres a change within the policy if you decide to pay the bill directly with the provider that they assigned you to for your policy. I never knew I didnt have road side assistance because I did buy it with the company but when I renewed my policy I called it in straight with my provider and boom I no longer has roadside assistance with out my knowledge. Do imagine that while I waited for help on 75/85 dangerous freeway sitting there with my children. Ugh thus they were pleasant throughout my time with them. Now Im praying for a reply on another matter thus Ill update my review based on the information and actions being taken concerning the matter.
