Michael Conner Ed Williams sold me life insurance when he represented Cotton States. This was back in 1986 when I was young and naive. He sold the policy to me as a great product and would cover like term insurance but build cash value at the same time. As years went by I realized the policy he sold me was not what I thought. The company started sending me letters that if I did not increase my premium payments that my coverage and cash value were decreasing in value. I contacted Ed’s office about this and was told that the company did not anticipate interest rates going lower and the only way to keep my coverage was to increase my premiums. As I studied the statements it showed that at age 71 there would be zero death benefit and zero cash value. I cut my loses and took what little cash value was there and cancelled the policy. I do not recommend you do business with this company.

Katina Norman As a result of poor communication and lack of adequate customer service from The Chenault Agency, I was charged over $400 within a 30 day period for my car insurance, which was 2x the monthly amount. Apparently, the agent who was managing my account was extremely neglectful in notifying me of account number discrepancies, important notices and due date withdrawals. I would not recommend this agency if youre looking for respectful, professional service.

No follow up and at one point let me on hold for 20+ minutes, then came back on the line and peculiarly didn’t say anything. I had to say “hello?” to which she responded like she was on a chill personal call “yeah, give me a second”. Just totally unprofessional, completely doesn’t value a loyal customer’s time or business.

Jelani Montsho I have had a problem with roadside assistance for over a year. I pay for elite roadside assistance. However it does not show on my Allstate app as covered. Instead for over a year it’s ask me to start a trial membership, when I brought this to the attention of my agent, I was told not to worry about it.That was a year ago and I received a letter from Allstate asking me to update my payment information, however my previous payments for the last year still do not show and it keeps asking me to start a trial membership.I tried several times to call my agent and they are to busy to pick up, I called the toll free number and was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for an answer. Only to be transferred to the mobile app department and no one picked up.I paid a lil more at Geico but got much better customer service. I still have not heard from my agent. I think a year is more than enough time. I am going to look into Geico auto and roadside assistance.

(Not something I’m proud about) but… If you are looking for insurance, have a difficult to navigate situation, or just want to save money – this is definitely the company for you. I had to trudge through all kinds of vicious brokers and unconcerned major companies until progressive led me to Jason and this company. I was apprehensive about working with a local company thinking bigger meant better but you will feel like they’re most important customer. And they have all the same resources at their disposal. Even severely understaffed Jason was able to communicate with me consistently and clearly, tell me where the flaws were in my previous coverage work with me to keep my coverage under my budget, search through even the most obscure providers, and other difficult to ensure issues for my home and vehicles.
