Apparently, the agent who was managing my account was extremely neglectful in notifying me of account number discrepancies, important notices and due date withdrawals. I would not recommend this agency if youre looking for respectful, professional service.

No follow up and at one point let me on hold for 20+ minutes, then came back on the line and peculiarly didn’t say anything. I had to say “hello?” to which she responded like she was on a chill personal call “yeah, give me a second”. Just totally unprofessional, completely doesn’t value a loyal customer’s time or business.
