ME It seems that all insurance companies raise prices at each renewal, regardless of whether youre a good driver or have never had any claims. Im having difficulty contacting my agent at McGee Insurance. When I signed up with McGee Insurance, Adam said he would search for another insurance carrier if the premium got too high, but that hasnt happened yet. All insurance companies tell you the same thing. Everybody’s insurance went up. McGee dont answer phone calls when you call.

Cole Williams I was stranded on the side of a busy road in downtown Chattanooga and I called Starr Mathews Agency. I assumed that there was nothing they could do for me, however, I was frustrated and nothing more to do on my end besides get in touch with someone to come pick me up. I got on the phone with a very sweet lady and she conferenced called another company and she handled everything! I only had to say a couple words... I know that it wasn’t her job to get me in touch with the other company, but she did it anyways! Forty minutes later there was a towing company to help me out with my vehicle l! The agent was on top of her game and I greatly appreciate all the help during that stressful ordeal!

Philip English Terrible experience. I had insurance with them for a couple years at an exorbitant price. When I finally realized I was being ripped off, I tried to cancel. They dragged out the cancelation with extremely poor and spotty communication and them back charged for the entire time of the the cancelation process. DO NOT use them. You will regret it.

Greg Burns Ambre and Kelly did an outstanding job explaining policies that have not been presented to us prior to today with Globe Life Liberty National. I was not able to make any decisions due to my wife being at work during this session and finances being tight currently and they were very understanding with everything I was currently facing. Answered questions about my Cancer Policy and helped Clarify claim questions Im currently facing. Plan to do another meeting very soon with wife in attendance so we can decide what is best for us.

Kelly Johnston I have called MULTIPLE times trying to follow up. No one answers and no one calls back. What is going on? This use to be a great place but the customer service sucks. I should not have to come by everytime I need something to be helped. Id say stay clear and go some where else bc I dont feel I will stay here long if this continues. Ray youre a great person but you really need to clean house around there.
