Im having difficulty contacting my agent at McGee Insurance. When I signed up with McGee Insurance, Adam said he would search for another insurance carrier if the premium got too high, but that hasnt happened yet. All insurance companies tell you the same thing. Everybody’s insurance went up. McGee dont answer phone calls when you call.

Robert took no responsibility for this. I was able to get more answers out of Customer Service than him. Your agent is supposed to be your teammate with this. He then blamed it on the employee that used to work in his office, claiming she did a lot of things she wasn’t supposed to do. Now I’m in a very bad predicament with no help!
