1 /5 Teryn Long: I have no rental car coverage and of course hit a deer and need one. What changes were said to be made on my coverage vs. what happened were 2 different things! Robert took no responsibility for this. I was able to get more answers out of Customer Service than him. Your agent is supposed to be your teammate with this. He then blamed it on the employee that used to work in his office, claiming she did a lot of things she wasn’t supposed to do. Now I’m in a very bad predicament with no help!
