Lance Johnson: Absolutely the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. I had a tornado do extensive damage to my farm and the adjuster was the worst human I’ve ever dealt with. Got out of his car making remarks of what they would not cover before ever looking at anything. I had trees all over my fences around my home as well as my pasture fences and the adjuster would not even look at them because he said Farm Bureau didn’t insure fences yet I had a fence policy. He had to come back twice after he found out my policy did cover my fences. I had the most extensive farm policy they had available with the highest coverage possible. I had to hire an independent adjuster to get my farm repaired and it took forever thanks to Farm Bureau’s adjuster. The adjuster made it very personal with false accusations to the point the public adjuster was in disbelief of this persons behavior. Never ever again will I insure through Farm Bureau just because of the way this person treated me. I only wish I could have videoed the adjuster so I could have shown Farm Bureau how I was treated by their representative. They didn’t believe me when I tried to tell them how I was treated. I left them to go with State Farm. Very sad because I liked the company until this horrific experience.
