Katelyn Weekley: I absolutely loved Aeriel Yoga with Christina. It was so much fun and I cant wait to go back when I get a chance. Christina has the best energy and I just felt so welcomed right off the bat which meant a lot to me.

Erika Gonzalez: MILITARY WARNING We had an awful experience cancelling & were overcharged $90 which we had to fight for with over 5 calls, emails with the owner & texts from an assistant manager. We got our PCS orders on 8/27 and that EXACT day we went in & cancelled. We agreed with 2 more payments, per the cancellation form, BUT they delayed the processing of paperwork to sneak $30 away from us!!! And took ZERO accountability for this and tried to make it our problem!! Understand “Receipt of Proof” on the contract is your orders, and they need to process it the day of you handing it in so they don’t try to steal your money!! They never gave me a reason why they did this, and they tried to say oh you checked in, NOPE, know your rights because they will try anything to take your money they don’t deserve! The other $60 was a glitch, but they didn’t even process anything until after my 5th call!! And they are soooooo unhelpful. If I did it again I’d demand immediate proof of the cancellation processing the moment I sign & email the owner that the 30 days begins that moment & document every interaction! The employees just mislead & fake promises of refunds but those don’t show up until you demand and beg and it’s the most ridiculous cancellation I’ve ever experienced. I hope nobody is ever treated how we were & I hope they seriously look at the errors they committed & figure out how to better serve their customers.

Mandy M: The turf area is wide without feeling cramped. The push room is a solid upgrade. They’re always investing into the space and new evolving equipment. I was the first to try out the new boxing bag after the new boxing bag. Outside the equipment, the gym has a great atmosphere that encourages continuous improvement. The staff is attentive and always looking for ways to help you progress, whether through training adjustments or new equipment. It’s clear they are about helping you get the most out of every workout. Special thanks to tony, super professional and easy to talk to. He keeps it positive and makes the gym feel more personal. Whether youre here to build, move temporarily, or just stay consistent max gives you the tools and the space to do it right. Wish I could stay but I PCS.

Lili Todd: I’ve been a loyal member here for 4 years and have always had great experiences—until recently. I arrived about 5 minutes late for a Pilates class and completely understand giving priority to waitlisted members. However, there was an open reformer and I was still refused entry. In the past, I’ve been allowed to join when there was availability, so the inconsistency was frustrating. What was most disappointing was how the instructor handled it—she was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which left me feeling unwelcome. As a fitness instructor myself, I value clear communication and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would never handle a situation like this because you never know what people are going through, and someone’s fitness journey can be very sensitive. I drove across town for this class and would not have come if I had known I wouldn’t be able to join. I won’t be taking classes with this instructor again, but hope the studio addresses this so other members don’t have the same experience.

Maria McGarity: I joined Fit Augusta a month after have shoulder surgery. I knew I couldn’t do any upper body exercises yet, just stretching, but wanted to work the rest of my body. The coaches were excellent in adapting the workouts for my rehabilitation. The staff and members are friendly, helpful and make it feel like you belong..As a 66 yo who has never worked out like this I highly recommend Fit Augusta!

zac tremblay: This is one of the best gyms I’ve been able to visit and train at. Friendly and inviting staff as well as reasonable day rates. The equipment is top notch, with a lot of pieces you won’t find in most gyms, everything is clean, organized and fit for a great workout experience.

Tregony Fletcher: I have been a member of Crunch since it has opened and I wanted to give them (as with all places) time to work out the kinks so I can leave a proper review. I left my last gym to move here because of value and travel distance and was provided with so much more than I expected. For one, the variety of classes really was a deal maker for me! I love my HIIT classes with Brandy and Stephen. They really get you out there working and breaking a sweat! They are amazing motivators and really push the group as a whole. Pilates with Bee and Starr has really taken my mobility and balance to a new level. I never thought I would love this type of workout, but they have shown me what it means to move with intention. They both have beautiful and calming energy. Just be prepared to break a sweat! So You Think You "Cant" Dance with Bee has been so much fun. I hope to see this class more. She flows from hip-hop to contemporary style, then afro to reggae. She really curates the environment to move your body to new rhythms and try different movements, while also putting in that WERK! She combines the nostalgia of making dances in your living room with the experience of showing you anyone CAN dance. Lastly, Zumba with Alfred has always had my heart! His class is full of energy and confidence that flows through each of his students! Once the music starts, be prepared to have fun and sweat while doing it! He clearly pours his soul into his routines, and it shows! Overall, I have no regrets becoming a member of this gym. Everyone has been so nice and fun. It makes going more like a treat, and less a task. Yes a new facility is nice but the people are what really make it shine! Thank you Crunch- Augusta

none11ification: Great open space but the music really REALLY SUCKS!! Its turned up loud as hell when no listens to it anyway, and you have to hear the same Dua Lipa song followed by Mr. Blue Sky by ELO back to back every 30 mins or some other crap on repeat that is screaming "hey I have crap taste in club music" instead of anything remotely workout motivating. Turn if down, off, or figure out what channel MOD Pizza has it on because their radio actually rocks.
