I bought what was supposed to be real sterling silver and turns out it was not! Broke my daughter out and they were very dismissive like they are top notch! I didn’t want to disrespect the owner but he was asking for it by insulting my intelligence saying he can’t honor returns on jewelry that touch the skin. So I asked him to show me one piece of jewelry he had that doesn’t! I absolutely hate most mom and pop shops because they are ignorant and arrogant. Can’t support them

Jim and Angie were so kind and patient with me during the process, and the ring is beyond my expectation I absolutely Love it not only is it beautiful, but it really means so much to me one of the rings was my sisters ring she had before she was killed in a boating accident 6 years ago. I would recommend Morgan Jewelers to anyone. Everyone who works at Morgan Jewelers is knowledgeable and patient. Angie and Jim have a customer and a friend for life. I didnt cry at the store when I picked the ring up but I cried when I got in the car all the way home because it is beautiful and it means so very much to me. I couldn’t think them enough
