1 /5 Alisa Walker: Bought a gold bracelet from them back in September. After 2 weeks the bracelet broke. I took it back and they repaired it. One month passed and the bracelet broke again in the same place. The owner stated she would replace the clasp to ensure it doesnt happen again. Fast forward a month later , it broke again. I went in this time requesting a new bracelet becauseat this point, clearly it is defective. She took the bracelet from me, repaired it again and tried to charge me for the repair. Just waiting for a month to past so that I can take it back again. I did advise them that I was going to a negative Google review but it appears they dont care.
