Stephanie Lloyd I dropped off a necklace for a special occasion to be engraved for mom on Saturday. I was told it would be done on Monday. I arrive on Tuesday and it was not completed after being told it was done. He stated he called me to tell me it was not done after he had already told me it was done... But states I did not answer the phone and he left no voicemail. I called him yesterday to ensure it would be done by Friday and he stated it would be done. I gave him a call today and he states they were not able to engrave the necklace due to the size. Point being if he is not able to engrave someones jewelry please advice the customer ASAP ... This will give customer time to find someone else to do the engraving. I will never return to this business or recommend to anyone. The moment now that was supposed to delivered to my mother on Friday is now ruined due to lack on communication from owner. Unhappy customer.

luz rojas Lakhani lied to us in order to make a sell! We were lead to believe by him that he was going to sign us up for a 0% interest financing for 90 days same as cash price he said. We had no intention on going past 30 days to pay off the bracelet we bought. I asked him 3 times if he was sure there would be no additional fees or interest and he again confirmed 3 times there would not. I called two days later to pay off our amount and we were hit with an additional $300 that were not what we were told! I would never recommend anyone to buy from him as he shamelessly lies in order to sell his jewelry.

The owners were lovely and kind and have put a lot of thought and effort into the shop, even taking into account community needs and wants. Their shop specializes in hand made goods as well as antique and second hand goods. I particularly appreciated the artwork and handcrafted crystal jewelry! I definitely will be back!

Master The Kev I highly recommend webuygolddiamondswatches. Bought a watch I have always wanted from him. He went to great lengths to make sure I was as comfortable as possible buying the watch from him. He even went as far as taking photos with a loupe to make sure he accurately presented the watch to me. Never bought anything this expensive on eBay but this he made sure this was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again from him. He also replies quick and promptly.

Samantha Gregory I purchased a pandora bracelet for my daughter here. Had a great experience until one of the charms that we got from there broke. Since this purchase we have moved and when I went to the pandora store closest to our new house I was told we had to go back to the same store we purchased it from. After an hour drive back to this location they told me there was nothing they could do because they no longer have that charm in stock. After reviewing the warranty on pandora products they are supposed to trade it out for one of equal or lesser value, this store did not want to do that, they insisted on repairing it. Once I agreed to that I was then told I would have to pay $45 for the repair, even though this charm is still under warranty. After speaking with the manager she said they would repair it for free and it would be ready in 3 days to pick up. I just went to pick up this charm and the repair they did was not an actual repair I can see where the charm is broken and it’s not even repaired with sterling silver like the charm itself. They did not care about my complaints and said there was nothing else they could do! Update: after I posted this review they contacted my husband directly to let him know if I come back up there they will replace my daughters charm. After three attempts of returning to this location they finally decided to make it right but only after I made this review. My daughter was able to go come up and pick out a new charm which I had also to pay an addition fee for even after the several trips I made up to the store.
