1 /5 Taskir Toufiq: Do NOT bring your business here. I walked in, trying to get a quote for a jewelry repair service. My gold chain had snapped and I wanted to get it repaired. It was obvious that the gentleman (older, big, tall guy) who helped me didn’t care about me as the customer. He was very short and ambiguous with his answers and tried charging me $160 for a service that 2 other places quoted $50-$60. Not only that, the gentleman told me it would take a week to fix. I was able to save 100 bucks and a weeks worth of timing just going somewhere else. Older group of guys that are obviously out of touch with the younger generation.

5 /5 S Foster: The staff at Alexander’s are very polite and attentive. Their jewelry selection is a nice mix of modern and traditional. I also appreciate the custom work they do. It might be a bit pricey in comparison but quality of work is worth doing right the first time.
