On top of that, she guided us through resizing and made sure we got everything squared away with insurance. I left feeling confident and cared for every step of the way.     Marifee Flores: I bought a pair of rings and the quality was terrible. Within a week, they were damaged. I paid the difference to get a new pair that looked better, and it turned out the same. After a few months, the stone fell out. I paid them to repair it, and the man who helps me assured me it would be fine. As a result, it broke again in less than two months. I tried to get them repaired, this time at their expense, but the woman was very rude. I have all my receipts and will take action with the appropriate authorities.

    Erin Lynch: We had such a good experience here!!! I’m so grateful. My fiancé’s ring got bent out of shape due to a mishap with the dog’s collar. We just got engaged in April and were so upset. We had a terrible experience with another jeweler in Duluth, and were just trying to find someone to do this simple repair. We got it from Etsy and it’s a moss agate stone (and 14k gold) and knew it would be softer and a little harder to work with and no one seemed confident they wouldn’t ruin our ring. They made us feel so at ease and let us know they would do everything they could to take care of it and let us know what was in their ability. They were so communicative and lovely! And to top it all off, they got it done before our trip to show our friends! So grateful and will definitely be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs.     Stephanie Lloyd: I dropped off a necklace for a special occasion to be engraved for mom on Saturday. I was told it would be done on Monday. I arrive on Tuesday and it was not completed after being told it was done. He stated he called me to tell me it was not done after he had already told me it was done... But states I did not answer the phone and he left no voicemail. I called him yesterday to ensure it would be done by Friday and he stated it would be done. I gave him a call today and he states they were not able to engrave the necklace due to the size. Point being if he is not able to engrave someones jewelry please advice the customer ASAP ... This will give customer time to find someone else to do the engraving. I will never return to this business or recommend to anyone. The moment now that was supposed to delivered to my mother on Friday is now ruined due to lack on communication from owner. Unhappy customer.

I once lost the back to an earring I didn’t even purchase from her, and she still gave me a replacement without hesitation. When I went in to buy a white gold necklace to layer with one I had previously gotten from her, she generously gifted me a necklace and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I also purchased a diamond necklace from her, and later, my fiancé surprised me with the matching bracelet both are absolutely stunning! Kathy never pressures me to buy anything, even when I’m tempted to make an impulsive purchase (which is often!). I’m so grateful for her generosity and heart.
