Marifee Flores I bought a pair of rings and the quality was terrible. Within a week, they were damaged. I paid the difference to get a new pair that looked better, and it turned out the same. After a few months, the stone fell out. I paid them to repair it, and the man who helps me assured me it would be fine. As a result, it broke again in less than two months. I tried to get them repaired, this time at their expense, but the woman was very rude. I have all my receipts and will take action with the appropriate authorities.

Mike Went here to see about getting a simple pin replaced in my bracelet. They charged me a 3rd of what those fast fix ppl were asking for and got the job done in 30 mins. The competition wanted an entire day. They even fixed the clamp on the bracket as it was a bit loose without me asking or charging me. I’d go back here anytime I need a repair or am in the market for new jewelry. Can’t beat reasonably priced & honest

Noah Morris My dad took me here years ago just to show me the shop. The conversation we had was so genuine and so refreshing. I came back years later because of a non-operating watch I couldn’t have imagined a better experience or quality of service. I had my broken watch fixed and the battery replaced within 30 minutes for a steal of a price. I even tipped some at the end because of how good and quality the people are on top of the perfect service they did on my watch. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else to get something repaired or for a new purchase.
