Mike Fleitz: I had my Timex Expedition fitted with new bands. The bands were a tad too wide, but the gentleman shaved it to size. He then proceeded to fit the watch excellently to my wrist which is exceptionally narrow, usually it still slides with the shortest notch on leather bands. He made it fit like a glove, and wanted only $10. I tipped him double for his excellent service!

Samantha Gregory: I purchased a pandora bracelet for my daughter here. Had a great experience until one of the charms that we got from there broke. Since this purchase we have moved and when I went to the pandora store closest to our new house I was told we had to go back to the same store we purchased it from. After an hour drive back to this location they told me there was nothing they could do because they no longer have that charm in stock. After reviewing the warranty on pandora products they are supposed to trade it out for one of equal or lesser value, this store did not want to do that, they insisted on repairing it. Once I agreed to that I was then told I would have to pay $45 for the repair, even though this charm is still under warranty. After speaking with the manager she said they would repair it for free and it would be ready in 3 days to pick up. I just went to pick up this charm and the repair they did was not an actual repair I can see where the charm is broken and it’s not even repaired with sterling silver like the charm itself. They did not care about my complaints and said there was nothing else they could do! Update: after I posted this review they contacted my husband directly to let him know if I come back up there they will replace my daughters charm. After three attempts of returning to this location they finally decided to make it right but only after I made this review. My daughter was able to go come up and pick out a new charm which I had also to pay an addition fee for even after the several trips I made up to the store.

Emily: Customers be ware if your shop at Gem Shopping. Theres a reason why they never list diamond/gemstone clarity grading on any jewelry pieces that they sell that arent $15k or higher then you may see that they opted to get appraisal but trust me youre paying for it as well. The hosts only scream on every single piece no matter how junky it maybe, they scream how high grade it is just to get you to " SAY SOLD" & handover your hated earned cash so it goes into their pockets. Ive had several pieces purchased for me till I stopped buying from here, bc Id have them appraised & was disappointed at the results. Then of course anything you buy, Gem Shopping charges you high high shipping+insurance & if you return an item it takes months, they try & make excuses to not except return, then once you get the refund, in the end youre still out hundreds of dollars for the shipping to get the piece AND they make you pay to return it as well + insure it! So you have no jewlery bc you returned it due to false advertisement & it cost you $100s+ in shipping fees. Buyer beware, before you buy, ask for the actual grading for diamonds & gemstones from their gemology dept so you have proof so you dont end up paying hundreds for nothing in the end.
