1 /5 Samantha Gregory: I purchased a pandora bracelet for my daughter here. Had a great experience until one of the charms that we got from there broke. Since this purchase we have moved and when I went to the pandora store closest to our new house I was told we had to go back to the same store we purchased it from. After an hour drive back to this location they told me there was nothing they could do because they no longer have that charm in stock. After reviewing the warranty on pandora products they are supposed to trade it out for one of equal or lesser value, this store did not want to do that, they insisted on repairing it. Once I agreed to that I was then told I would have to pay $45 for the repair, even though this charm is still under warranty. After speaking with the manager she said they would repair it for free and it would be ready in 3 days to pick up. I just went to pick up this charm and the repair they did was not an actual repair I can see where the charm is broken and it’s not even repaired with sterling silver like the charm itself. They did not care about my complaints and said there was nothing else they could do!
Update: after I posted this review they contacted my husband directly to let him know if I come back up there they will replace my daughters charm. After three attempts of returning to this location they finally decided to make it right but only after I made this review. My daughter was able to go come up and pick out a new charm which I had also to pay an addition fee for even after the several trips I made up to the store.
