Razza Berry Do not buy from this mom and pop shop! They will not honor their exchange policy plastered all over the store. I bought what was supposed to be real sterling silver and turns out it was not! Broke my daughter out and they were very dismissive like they are top notch! I didn’t want to disrespect the owner but he was asking for it by insulting my intelligence saying he can’t honor returns on jewelry that touch the skin. So I asked him to show me one piece of jewelry he had that doesn’t! I absolutely hate most mom and pop shops because they are ignorant and arrogant. Can’t support them

I had a very special carnelian heart that was from my mothers jewelry. After she passed, I wore it often. Last fall, it fell off the chain and broke. My heart broke too! As I picked up the pieces and studied them, I knew who could fix the heart, Esther. You see, I watched her over the years as her artistry has grown. I knew if anyone could make it right, she had the skills. So, I entrusted Esther with the job of fixing it. Not only did she do an incredible job of mending the stone, she did an awesome job creating a wire wrap that would showcase the stone and protect it. As if thats not enough, she made this even more special for inside the box lid, Esther painted a miniature of one of my favorite of her paintings. My heart swelled with joy and gratitude! Esther just has a way of fixing things. I would know that shes my daughter and I could not be more proud of her! One thing I know, Esther, infuses all her creativity and artistry into each piece, whether she selected the stone or it was one given to her for a custom jewelry piece, and she stands behind her work. I highly recommend Esthers art in all its many forms.

It was soldered, cleaned, and had a fresh coating of rhodium, and it turned out amazing. Price was $400 less than Kays quoted. I also had a stone in a knuckle cocktail ring replaced and a closure for a bracelet fixed. I cant believe how inexpensive it was to have all this done. They were friendly and efficient, and I got my things back in 4 business days. I can not recommend Pauls Jewelry enough. We had to wait a little for service. It was a Saturday morning. The wait was because people know how good they are, and it was totally worth it.
