1 /5 Rebecca Cato: Awful customer service! Will never return to this store. I drove over an hour to pick up a charm from this store because they show as a pickup location for Pandora yet they refused to honor the price that was posted on the website. Spoke to someone from Pandora who said usually the pickup locations honor their prices but they wouldn’t. The girl working there had a horrible attitude and was rude. She had a crop top on that looked like a bra with a jacket on over… extremely unprofessional. And refused to even give me a bag after I purchased the charm for more than I should have paid. Do not recommend this store.
Update: Since you want to reply lies since you know that it won’t let me reply… first of all no one tried to scam you… repeat again what you said, I paid full price although you scammed me & wouldn’t honor the price you should have. I came back in and told them exactly what I was told on the phone. Learn customer service and start by requiring your employees to wear clothes that cover their bodies to work, you know since your a small family owned business. Since you are the owner & all you have are excuses to try to turn my response on me in your reply it doesn’t shock me you allow that though. I think you’ve told potential customers all they need to know. Have a blessed day!
