I went in about an hour later and three girls behind the counter eating and having a good ole time, one woman came from the back to wait on me. I have been with this bank for years but never go in, it is time to change to one with some customer service! this bank is a bad joke.

5 /5 Emrah Gurses: Today, I had to visit this bank. Before going, I checked the reviews and honestly, I hesitated because there were many negative comments. However, due to the urgency of my work, I decided to go. When I arrived, I was met with a completely different experience. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Contrary to what the reviews suggested, I received excellent service. In particular, Ms. Sara was incredibly polite and patient with me, providing great assistance. I would like to express my gratitude to her once again. This experience has shown me that reviews don’t always reflect the truth. As a citizen of Turkey, I want to convey my appreciation to the bank employees, especially Ms. Sara. It’s truly admirable to encounter such wonderful people. Thank you to all of them!

Diane Brownlee: One of there customers drove thru my fence and Cotton States does not want to pay for fixing it. And you cant even get anyone to call you back from there. I would advise anyone not to have Cotton States for your Auto Insurance let alone any other type of Insurance. When the Adjuster (Sherry Sexton) finally called me back, she was rude and short with me on the phone. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Memeboi Moist: This college will reduce your financial aid without notifying you, expect you to pull money out of thin air, and when you try and contact them through phone or email, you do not get a response. Not to mention that this college does not use the money they receive for the students. I spent an entire semester using the wrong tool for a series of tasks because the school refused to purchase the correct tools for a summer semester. This college clearly doesn’t care about its students.

Ash D.: I have been with this bank since 2002. Was a great bank until now. This will make my second time calling tomorrow to request money to be put back into my account because the teller didnt verify the customer (Taylor St location). If you have multiple customers with the same first and last name the teller need to verify another way. But today I realized the other customer has 2 last names instead of 1 so I know they are not verifying correctly. When I call the customer service she going to make it seem like I was lying about $200. I had to tell her to verify the address and signature. What yall suppose to do anyway. I ask her to put a system in place to avoid this in the future. She had the nerve to tell me thats Ill need to watch my account closer...B***** what? Then to sign in again to see yall put my account number on someone else slip for them to sign and didnt pay attention to her name to see that it didnt match. Ill be doing a withdraw of all funds tomorrow.

We moved away from Griffin about 3 months ago and decided to keep our current account with United due to the amazing customer service we have received from them over the years. Since moving, we have had several occasions where we needed assistance and Mrs. Sharon Franks was a lifesaver!! She was extremely helpful and so professional. When she didn’t know the answer to our questions she went above and beyond to find a solution for us. I will definitely continue using United Bank and referring others to them if all the employees are as sweet and helpful as she was(is)!!!
