1 /5 Poopy Pants: Called these people several times to get my taxes done, because they were recommended. Was told several times they would call me back, well they didnt. This went on six or seven times until they had to file an extension. Long story short, I plugged in my numbers to turbo tax and it did a better job. Avoid these people at all costs.
