1 /5 CiCi HJones: I have always spoken highly of this school and encouraged others to enroll because my initial experience was decent. My daughter is set to start attending this fall, and despite a friend’s negative experience and my daughter’s own troubles, I’ve tried to overlook the issues, recognizing that no school is perfect. However, my daughter has repeatedly emailed the school without receiving any responses. We visited the school and were told that we needed to obtain a document to submit by email, but their lack of communication may led to her classes being dropped. I cant even count how many times she has reached out to different people—only to be met with silence. When we go in person, we often face long wait times, sometimes over an hour, for assistance with something simple—especially frustrating considering we live over an hour away. Right now, Im trying to reschedule a HESI exam, but I cant find any options on the portal and have requested guidance with no response. I understand that staff may be short, but this lack of communication is unacceptable. Students are trying to build their careers and invest time and money into this school, only to be met with such inadequate support.
