shonda lance I wanted to love this place, especially with all the great reviews. But…I have a few issues. My cuticles were not touched/trimmed- not even pushed back. The shape is very irregular from nail to nail- one looks round, the next looks oval. Biggest reason I won’t be back- my nails are full of ridges, not smooth at all. Overall thoughts - not impressed and will not return. My nails look like a newbie did them.

Kristin Gaines I really wanted to like this place, mostly because it is so close to my home. However, they always seem to be in a rush. The last time I went there, the lady did my nails. As she was taking the dip powder set off of my nails, she was picking at each one and pulling them off as much as they would go instead of taking the time to soak them. On one of my fingers she peeled the nail back so far that she broke my actual nail in the center. When I told her that she hurt me she continued to pull it twice more. My finger throbbed the rest of the evening after that and my actual nail was split down the center. Needless to say I won’t be back there.

Alisha Weldon For starters, I’m not one who would write a public review of a place, especially if it is negative. It is so hard to get someone to answer the phone and call you back here, and I feel that they should be aware of this. I have been receiving massages at Spa at the Barn for many years and have always had an incredible experience. Unfortunately, yesterday was an exception to that. My husband booked us a couples massage for our anniversary and we were looking forward to enjoying it. I have inflammatory arthritis, and I specifically let the therapist know this before we started. I told her only do a light to medium pressure. She told me that was fine just to let her know if it was too much. Once she started, her pressure was definitely a deep pressure, I asked her if she could lighten the pressure and she did not respond. Not long after, I again told the therapist to stop that’s too deep. She responded with my ligaments are tight and I’m trying to work it out. I told her it hurt and to stop. The therapist continued to use moderate to deep pressure throughout the massage. Fast forward to today, I am in pain and can hardly move! I know from previous massages that I’ll be sore a little the next day. This is more than that. I honestly feel like this therapist caused harm and could be dangerous for others. Currently, I am considering never getting a massage again. Though I am young and will recover, others may not. Please choose your therapist wisely. If you find a good one, request them. My husband had Anna and said she was fantastic!

Eunice Mcnabb I took myself and my 3 daughters for massages for Mother’s Day this past week. I had the pleasure of Tiko giving my massage and it was the best I’ve ever had! I’m a physical therapist , so I am knowledgeable in proper technique, he was very professional and exceptional in his skills. He asked several times about the pressure and focused on the areas I said were problematic but also found other areas I didn’t know needed attention. My other daughters had Maria, Anna and Jamil and all said their massages were excellent! I’ve had many massages at Spa at the Barn and they did not dissapoint. I will be asking for Tiko in the future.

M S Lee I had a very uncomfortable massage here. The massage therapist’s hands were cold and she used an excess of oil, making for a very sticky experience. Her technique was not great. It was not relaxing. They also didn’t have any water (odd for a spa?). She also was not able to give me a receipt and asked me to call back when someone else was there. Tell me why it’s been impossible to reach these people? I finally begged for the owner’s email address and she called me, despite my request to conduct all communications via email. I have called again since then and have been unable to reach her even over the phone. I am still waiting on a refund.

Cassidy Robinson I have been to Kaley twice. She did a great job on my hair. Blond highlights both times. Happy with results. Im not a fan of spending so much for highlights... but the quality is consistently good. Last visit Nov 11 I left my YETI behind Kaley EVEN brought it to the receptionists... alas... I STILL left it. I know... 100% my problem. SSDD I work night shift- 1st day off was Sunday. Drove to get it but they were closed. Today, off again, I called before driving out... and now it is gone. They are going to call if it "turns up". My name was on it and it was at the front desk. I dont have many nice things... im pretty thrifty... so donating my YETI to a bougie salon... is not cool. Being told "it isnt here now... sorry". "Idk where it went... oh well... sorry. It had you name on it but after a week... oh well". Finders keepers I guess... Merry Christmas to a stranger. Sours my desire to ever return.

Peggy Primavera This salon was pretty good when I first used them. It was just about always loud. Some, don’t know how to lower their voice. I guess they’re trying to talk louder than the dryers. There are several nice stylists there. The owner is really nice. Beware, they have gone up on their prices.

Stacey Howell My hair dresser was so phenomenal. I have recently undergone an immense amt of hair shedding and thinning from what seems to be surgery related. I was holding on to the last few strands I had left but knew in my heart it was time to just cut it off . Kathryn was the most friendliest, welcoming , kind hearted soul. U can feel that her spirit is pure and she made me feel so comfortable through the process. I also brought in the wig I had recently bought (my first time ever wearing a wig ) and told her how I thought I’d like to see it cut . She rocked it ! It was her first time with a wig too and she did an amazing job. Seriously, this lady has made me feel one hundred times better. I’m finally smiling. Ten out of ten recommend!

Sara Friendly service and clean salon. The price is higher than others. My nails and my daughter’s nails are terrible. They are not even, you can feel where the tip was glued to my nail. Acrylic left underneath nails. One day later and they look like I’ve had them for two weeks and need a fill in. Wasted $150. I will have to go somewhere else and get them re done. They are hideous.

Jennifer Nuckols I didn’t get the girls name that did my nails but she was the first table to the right. She did a great job and was very attentive to detail. I love how they came out. Also the girl at the table to the left did some of the design and was very nice.

Carolyn Parker Went in on Friday morning, there was no wait. Tammy done a wonderful job on my toes and Lu done an excellent job on my manicure. I had dipped nails done. The price was a little expensive, but job well done!

Caitlin Nichols I have used this nail salon over that last 15 years. Sad to say, it has gone down hill. This place may be cheaper than the others, but the quality is now sacrificed. This time I went in for a gel manicure - communication was an issue but the main concern for me was the LACK OF CLEANLINESS. Fingernails were all over the station, everything was covered in dust (so they dont wipe stuff down), and the water they gave me to soak in was murky at best. I was tempted to leave... Then, the "nail tech" was very rough with my cuticles, digging into my skin, and yanking it off. I said "ouch" multiple times but it continued. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

J B I was on my way from Georgia back to my home in Tennessee and it started pouring down rain so I decided to stop and get a pedicure and my nails done. What a great decision that was! A family owned business with the family as employees and you can tell they take great pride in their business. A hidden gem! Irene did my nails and her husband did my pedicure. Irene’s mother assisted in the prep work for my nails. They were wonderful! After a week of caring for two toddler grandchildren, my nails were in terrible shape. Cuticles were raggedy, nails were broken, polish had chipped. Needed a pedicure badly for the same reasons. There was no wait and they immediately started to work on me. I have never had such great detailed work on my nails and a pedicure. They were not in a rush and made me feel my business was appreciated. The shop was clean and tools were clean. When I went to pay, the fee was $40 less than what I pay for the same services in my small Tennessee town. For future trips to Georgia, I will be stopping there to get my nails done and my pedicure. Wish they were closer!

Alexandrea Casper Usually I dont write negative reviews, but when I witnessed how the "nail tech" worked on my hands and feet, I knew I had to leave this review. First, I use "nail tech" in quotes because I dont think these people are licensed nail technicians. It seems like theyre either friends or family members of the owner. As I was getting my pedicure, I witnessed the "nail tech" remove hangnails by pulling them all the way down to my cuticles! Even I know you should never pull on hangnails. Of course I immediately started bleeding, but the "nail tech" just continued. My nails were cut in all sorts of different angles, none of them are straight. Despite picking only 1 color for both my manicure and pedicure, my toes and fingers are completely different colors. I noticed that all the tools were being pulled out of a drawer instead of new packages, so they reuse their tools here too. I fully understand that English is a very difficult language to learn and I do not expect everyone to speak English, but when youre in the nail service business and the only English words you know are "nail" and "cut", theres bound to be miscommunications. The "nail tech" began to cut my nails way too short and when I tried to tell them I didnt want my nails short, they didnt understand what I was trying to say and just kept cutting. If youre wanting a particular pattern done on your nails, theres no way they will understand you. I noticed a lot of elderly customers while I was there and noticed that a lot of the positive reviews are from older people. I think perhaps older people dont realize how bad the salon is, because younger people will immediately notice the bad practices and the lack of proper technique. 4 days after leaving and my big toe looks infected, so no I will NOT be going back and I will never recommend this place to anybody

Whitney Parson Vi is top tier. I’m never disappointed. All I have to do is show her a picture of what I want and she replicates it perfectly! I recommend her to everyone that asks me about my nails!

Sara Moore Exactly what I wanted. Great prices and friendly staff. Took his time and did a great job, no bubbles or lifting at all. It was my first time at this place and I’ll definitely be back!

Annemarie Carter VI is my go to girl but she had other appointments today :( BUT I got another person, he was really nice and did an amazing job! The only thing about it, I didn’t get his name. I am very happy and I think they look great!! I love my nails ❤️❤️

Tammy Shaver If you need your nails done, I highly recommend Joy at Majestic! Seriously, she is the best I’ve ever been to and forever has me as a client! Pictured are just a few examples of the wonderful job in which she is capable!

tori howard I seriously cant thank Haley enough. My friend accidentally fried my hair the night before, and I was freaking out thinking ld have to cut it all off. I called the salon first thing in the morning, and Haley was kind enough to fit me in right away. She was so kind, and she really worked with me on what i wanted. somehow—somehow— she brought my hair back to life. She treated it with so much care, and by the time I left, my hair looked and felt healthy again. I dont know how she did it, but shes a lifesaver. i wish i had better before and after pictures because you can truly see how professional she really is, but you can tell a clear difference just between these.

Amber Lee I had my first hair appointment on 11/17/23 and I will definitely be back! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, warm, and welcoming. Haley was ready for me, so we discussed my texture and how my hair typically responds to dyes/bleach, what I wanted, and then she went to work! I have a lot of hair, but she was patient and genuinely cared about my hair and experience. I absolutely love the end result and I highly recommend this salon and spa, especially Hair by Haley!

kailey allison T Nails is hands down the best nail salon in Ringgold! They consistently pay close attention to detail, work efficiently, and are incredibly friendly. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes. You can see any technician there, and your nails will always turn out flawless. The salon is clean, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I used to dread getting my nails done because I was never satisfied, but thats not the case here. Ive always been thrilled with their work. Im truly obsessed with T Nails!

Latasha Watson My family has been going to T Nails for years! We especially love Holly. She does an amazing job and has an eye for detail. My daughter has special needs and Holly always takes her time and makes sure to give her exactly what she asks for!

Molly Campbell Wonderful! Holly does my nails (I get gels on my naturals) and my manicures last forever, and always look excellent. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, and prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and professional. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment because they are busy. My favorite place for nails not just in Ringgold but the area - no need to go further and pay more for excellent gel mani and pedí.

Skuli I wanted this to be a good experience but unfortunately just wasnt. Got the gel on my hands and its chipped on my thumb and there is the color on my flesh. I should have just done it at home. The man was nice but I didnt know what they were laughing about when he was doing my nails and pointing at me. Not worth the 85, 70 for services. Nice place and I guess Im just not this kind of girl. Oh and I know my nails are uneven but if someone says no to acrylics please dont try to shame them. I cant wear them.

Caressia Threatt I didnt have a good experience in the past but the owner, Anthony, called me to make it right so I gave the nail shop another try. Anthony made me an appointment, offered a special promotion on any service, and apologized for the previous experience. I appreciate Anthony setting up my pedicure station instantly and offering me something to drink. He set me up with a good person, David, to do my pedicure. David was sweet, friendly, and fast during my service. He did a great job and checked on me throughout my service. I highly recommend you book David for services.

Jennie Brewer Anthony was the best! Super friendly and professional. He made my nails look amazing and made me feel more confident! So thankful!
