Alejandra Farfán After a whole year of being a loyal customer I never had any problems with the nails, great results, quality, and they use to last around three weeks, (basically like a month) until the last time I got them done they started cracking and they didn’t even last a week. After I addressed the situation to the nail tech guy he accused me of lying. I would like to give them another chance but the customer service was very disappointing.

Maggie Skidmore THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I love to do fun designs and they are always willing to do whatever I want! Annie and the whole team are incredibly kind, patient and polite! I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s my favorite. These are my spring break nails I got last Friday!! Still looking brand new and feeling strong!

Amanda Davis First time going to this nail salon, and I was very pleased. Previous Salon had put acrylic over my nails, and then did gel polish which made them very thick and lumpy. Anthony was able to take that off. It’s smooth it out and make my nails look great while keeping my length. I Will definitely be returning.

Ann-Margaret Jones This is my favorite nail salon in Athens. I live right about a different nail salon and their customer service was so bad I tried some other salons and one day I tried Helens and was very impressed. Anthony has always done my nails very quickly and does a great job for a good price! They are not like other nail salons where they will add random extra charges. The staff is very kind and will remember you if you go a couple of times!

Neysa Hill The atmosphere at Helens is clean and welcoming. They are always nice and on time. I always go to Anthony. He does a really good job. I love the way he shapes my nails.

Shannon Fleeman Tried this nail bar for the first time after a terrible experience at my regular place. I made an appointment for 2 and they honored that appointment time. No waiting for extended periods of time to be helped or being seated and having a service started only to have your technician leave to go work on someone else. My friend and I both recieved Gel X nails and a pedicure. Both services were completed in exactly an hour. They did an excellent job and were very detail oriented and efficient. And the salon is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.

Taylor Underwood Got my nails done today for my wedding this weekend and I am very very impressed! They turned out just like the reference photo I provided. The facility was very clean and the ambience was inviting. The customer service was great too. I highly recommend!

C Miller Blum nail bar did a very nice job with my nails. They were very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. A little pricey but nothing crazy compared to other nail salons in Athens. Definitely recommend!

Crystal Ingle My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. The salon is gorgeous and clean, the staff we encountered were all great and did a fabulous job. Our toes and nails look amazing. There was no wait and they were very quick with services.

Yessenia N I had GINA for a pedicure- French white tip and I absolutely love it! My pedicure was with regular nail polish and I got #1 on the pedicure option list, it came with a back massage and it was the best way to end my pedicure. GINA is the best I will be coming to see her for all my nail needs she offered options and listened to me in what I wanted. If you like the round white tip look no further ask for Gina.

Jillian Maloy This shop is very nice and professional. I love them and I have high expectations. Their pedicures are sanitary and the nails are exceptional, they can also do fun designs. I’ve gone twice , both with Annie and have been very happy after. Highly recommend.

Jenna Gay Annie, Charlie, and Kevin did a fantastic job! My Mom and I came in to get our nails and toes done for my nephews wedding and they were so kind and helpful! They really went above and beyond!!

Sarah Tierney Very clean by the state board standard! They go above and beyond to spoil you and have more luxury experiences incorporated into your pedicures than normal nail salons. It is the perfect price for the service and treatment that you get! Jenny, Luna, Lee and Julie were very professional and knowledgeable about massage techniques and ingrown toenail removal. I also had eyebrow waxing by Jenny and she understood exactly what I wanted keeping the brows natural and not taking them too thin like a lot of places have done in the past (my eyebrows are very opposite) she did phenomenal and was very gentle with no redness after. I recommend this place and give it a 10 out of 10!

Annie Carter A group of us went to get our nails done for my sisters wedding, and the service was OUTSTANDING! The team got all of us (except the bride) done at the same time and we all love how our nails turned out. The bride took longer because she got jewels put on, and they look stunning!! Plus, since we called ahead to book the appointment for our group, they gave the bride an orchid and a gift card! They were so sweet and professional. I highly recommend them!

Carmen Tucker Julie did an AMAZING job on my nails! She took her time and was super thorough. She made sure they were even better than what I asked for! Helen did an amazing job on my gel pedicure as well! I will absolutely be back.
