James Hao This place has quickly become my go to nail salon. Never had a bad experience, the staff at this location is so helpful and talented. They know what they’re doing and do intricate designs well. The facility is so clean and right next to the East cobb library so a very safe area as well. Highly recommend! Xuka did an amazing job on the French tips I got done today :)

Red B. I was very excited to get my nails done as I got engaged last night, and despite the fact I was late to my appointment they still fit me in. Though I did get the impression my tech did not like me. They did not have swatches of all their magnetic options so it took a while for me to pick and this seemed to frustrate him. But he never was afraid to answer my question and fix anything I asked him to. I will be going back because they clearly have excellent talent and eye for detail. I will just be more prepared with exactly what I want.

Christy Rosell My new go to salon! Their whole staff made my friend, daughter, and I feel like LUCKY royalty. My daughters set was beautifully shaped and I loved my gel manicure. When they saw me admire something, they offered to add chrome on at no charge. They were very friendly and kind. The atmosphere was fresh, clean and we liked the modern feel of the paint displays and pretty cherry blossom flowers.

Elizabeth Sanders Jenny and Simon and their staff are terrific! I got hombre with glitter tips and love them. Jenny and Simon celebrated my mom’s 60th Birthday with snacks and drinks. They made the day special.

Halle Blake I absolutely love love love this place and would give over five stars if I could !! You have to go here if you want gorgeous nails and peaceful vibes! I’ve gotten probably around seven sets now and have adored every single one. They do every design I bring in with pleasure and it never takes long! Sarah Purser Donna is one of those people you just love to be around! She does an amazing job on my nails and I enjoy spending time with her. I went to several other places before finding her and you won’t find a person who does a better job. She genuinely cares about you and it shows in her work! Carly McDonald I wish I’d read the reviews before I walked in. Absolute worst customer service and I was pressured into getting SNS nails after I turned down several times. I was in a time constraint and ended up having to sit there for two hours. Of course they kept getting told that it was my fault, and that they kept trying to fix things. The manager only checked on me once before leaving, not even before the tech was done. Not only did she not check on me to make sure that I was happy, but she left me there alone with the tech as she was trying to finish closing. I have never been so unhappy with a nail set. I cannot believe that I just spent $74 on nails I want to take off immediately. They don’t look even close to decent or even. Don’t even think about shape or smooth.

K B I really wanted to like this place because it’s convenient and I know they have a loyal following, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. This was the first time I’ve ever left a nail salon feeling embarrassed by how my nails looked. The work was uneven and far too thick—and to make matters worse, it was done by the owner. When I politely pointed it out, she became defensive rather than receptive. The pedicure was nicely done, but overall, the experience felt rushed. Lynn was juggling too many things at once, which affected the quality of the service. I won’t be returning. Many salons claim to offer Gel-X, but few actually have the skill to do it well. Sadly, this felt like $100 wasted.

Angela Nguyen I got the Japanese flex gel nails and I really like the feel compared to traditional acrylics. I received great level of care from the staff. Every step of the way they made sure I was ok. I personally could have picked a better design but overall I’m happy with the service I received.

Kayla Whaley An absolutely incredible experience! I said I had never had any nail designs done before, so I wasn’t sure what to ask for. My nail artist suggested butterflies to match a tattoo of mine, which was a brilliant idea and executed FLAWLESSLY. (I’m terrible at photographing my nails but trust me that they are even more beautiful in person.) A warm, friendly, joyful experience all around. And I have honestly never felt prettier than I do with these stunning nails!!!

She also specializes in dry pedicures for diabetic patients as she has worked in a pediatrists office and has several years of the medical in office experience and knowledge.

Sherricka None of the nail salons in my hometown do SNS powder yet so whenever I have to work in the neighborhood of Luxury Nails I stop by to get a manicure and powder nails. This husband and wife duo are friendly and do a great job. They are gentle and pay attention to detail.

Jessica Hairston Tiffany by fair is beyond talented. I stopped here because I was looking for another nail salon specifically one that specialized in designs. I noted many people commented on her skills so I decided to give her a try. She didnt disappoint. Also. I showed her a picture of nails that I saw on Pinterest and they look almost identical to the picture.

Carolyn Mathis The only place that I trust and go to! I know quite a bit about nails, nail health, and cleanliness, and this place meets my expectations with all of the above. The cleanliness and customer service is the most impressive by far. They’re now the only place I’ll go. Love love love them!

My nail tech absolutely slayed the design I was hoping for and followed my reference pic to a T. He was quick, extremely detailed, and respectful during the process. I was shocked at how carefully and perfectly painted the design is. I can’t stop staring at my nails and have gotten so many compliments on them! I will definitely be coming back!!

Jessica Gonzalez Beautiful salon! Went on a Friday afternoon and was helped right away. I had to get tips as my nails were wicked short and she applied SNS on top. My nails lasted well over 3wks with the normal grow out but no chipping, cracking, or lifting. Price was more affordable than other places Ive been. Will definitely be back.

I came to try this location before the New Year, wanting Andy to do my nails after reading the reviews. The lady told me it would be a bit of a wait, I really didn’t have time to wait so I booked an appt after the New Year with Andy. I must say Andy has been the best I have seen since I been here. 10/10 I do recommend!! I’m so glad I found a new nail tech. He takes his time and makes sure his craft is to perfection. I love my nails. Thank you again Andy, you have gained a new customer!!

Courtney I went during the day and didnt have to wait. Got the deluxe spa pedicure. I had Tiffany and she was GREAT!!! Personable and gave a great pedicure. They do a good job on pedicures. Cant speak for any other services. I will come back.

Also, Annabelle provided exceptional customer service and she was very pleasant and helpful. This will be my new nail salon for sure! DJona King I’m completely satisfied!! First of all I was on a time crunch and they came through! Then my nail tech was so sweet and I know I was talking her head off! She made me feel very comfortable. Let’s not forget the manager, I think, he came in and did my French tips in a manner of 10-15 mins, like he did that!!! Oh and did I say they are affordable!! Great prices and I loved the customer service!! I’ll definitely be back!

Neka Wingert Went here twice just a few days apart. First time nails were took TWO HOURS to do and were so thick they immediately chipped off the next day. Color did not match the one I picked out. Came back and they tried to do the same thing and it looked horrible so i asked for something else that would stay better. Ended up being there another 2 hours, paying more on top of the $65 i originally paid, and this is how they looked the next day. Super uneven and chipping off. They would only refund me less than half of the about $75 I paid. Wasted my time and ruined my nails. Im Glad I got something back thats the only reason for the 2

Joseph LaFlex This is the 2nd time I have visited this place and the visit was as great as the first. Ruth (Owner) did my nails again. I booked my appointment online and mistakenly chose the wrong service for my nails. Ruth remembered me and what I had done last time. She had her assistant contact me to verify what I requested and was able to correct my mistake before the appointment. The atmosphere is quite, clean, well lit with relaxing music playing in the background. Beverages and snacks are offered. There are no chemical nail salon odors as it appears to be well ventilated. All Beauticians wear mask and gloves when working with clients and carry pleasant conversations. The application she applied for my nails lasted 3 weeks before some chipping appeared which along with normal nail growth prompted me to book this new appointment. Great service in a relaxing atmosphere? Just call me a future regular now.

Did the organic vip pedicure, the tech did a really good job with the French on the toes and also was great about a lot of pressure during the leg and foot massage (I actually switched from my old place because they were terrible at the massage portion specifically). Also they have a 15% new client coupon - give them a try!

Athena Zulevic Ask for Alex. Hes knowledgeable, creative and exacting. He recommend a building gel when my nails were showing signs of wear from acrylics, and I must say, theyre recovering quite nicely. He never disappoints with our designs, and hes even got a sense of humor. Its a large, brightly lit and pleasantly designed environment with quality pedicure chairs and, at least for now, regular availability. Ive been to lots of salons locally, but this is home base for me, now.

Ashley R After our long standing salon cancelled our appointments the day before our wedding, we hopped online to find a place nearby with walk in appointments. We called Nail Station 21 and were able to get two manicure appointments back to back as we needed for that same day. The staff were very kind and friendly to us and we want to thank them for their help prior to our wedding day. Our nails looked great and we plan to be back for pedicures soon.
