melisa lopez I will NEVER go back! The service was horrible and sloppy! The lady nail tech had alot of bad attitude and clearly did not want to work. I simply asked for a manicure and she barely cut any cuticles. My 5- yr old. Granddaughter could have done a better job! When I asked to cut more, she insisted on using the drill machine which I did not want and her bad attitude escalated. She Asked “where” should I cut the cuticles? If I have to tell her how to do her job then she does not need to be a nail tech. See picture below. You call this a manicure?Absolutely do not go to this place they should be out of business by now in account that they get poor reviews! They don’t even deserve a one star.

Madi Tee Absolutely ruined my cuticles. Yes that’s blood.! The man that works there does not know how to utilize a electrical file... When I jumped because he cut me, he told me “don’t move”. Like what ? You want me to not bleed either?

Lazaria Ward When I sat in the chair I showed him what I wanted and asked him how much it was going to cost me. He put the tips on and was about to cut them down I told him I wanted them shorter he didn’t put them as short as I liked. then he was nearly about to put them in as coffin shape I told him no I wanted them square. Okay, he kept them square but after he put the acrylic on and filed them he still attempted to shape the sides up as coffin. Then it was painting time I told him I wanted 431 he gave me 430 but I was just trusting the process he slapped the polish on my nails and didn’t define the French because he used the glitter line to define it. Then I told him I didn’t like it he got mad at me. I’m a shy person so I’m trusting the process but if I’m paying 65 dollars of my money I would want my nails to look good since it’s my first time going there. Instead, It looks like I could’ve done them myself.

Toni Reeves Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Tina are the best. They make sure your nails are perfect and even help you decide on a color or design when you have no idea. This is my "self love" place.

Sierra Mearkle First of all, this guy tony made my nails super thin. Not happy at all. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to even talk to me to ask what I wanted. Then he kept hitting my cuticles with the electric file which hurt and made me bleed. He proceeded to say that I n ed to start wearing lotion on my cuticles so that wont happen. Then he firmly told me I need to wash my hands and as I was getting up he said it again then I said Im trying to get my stuff out of my lap and be careful about my nails and he yelled "THE SINK IS OVER THERE, GO WASH YOUR HANDS"..... that is when I SNAPPED, I said I heard you and I was telling you twice that Im trying to get my stuff out of my lap and you gave me 30 seconds before yelling at me again. He never talked to me and never told me a price at first. Somewhat overpriced. And extremely rude. Also I asked for gold gyms and he picked out multi colored and said it was gold which it was not then he went back and grabbed a bottle of glitter not gems and I said I wanted gems and another lady had to go and find the gold gems that magically appeared when she went to look. He placed them on so bad and said my nails were to short to do the design I wanted which they were not and he didnt even do them symmetrical. Worst service ever!!

K. K. Horrible paint job both pedicure and acrylic were horrendous, shape of nails is a disaster and there are air bubbles on final coat and totally uneven acrylic layering, plus got acrylic on all of my skin around the nails

Anna Faircloth They do a great job and are friendly. I had not been in a very long time and took my mom because she uses the salon. Very pleased with my nails and I am very picky bc some places put the gel too thick on my natural nails.

Kelsie Sikes Leydy rushed through my pedicure and didn’t even clean out the nails and cut the dead skin off the sides. I had to ask her to fix it and she also didn’t apply top coat so now here I am the second day, and the paint has come off. I am livid. It was a nice massage but seems like they were just trying to make a quick Buck and I will not be returning because it’s too expensive for people not to take me seriously.

Hannah Juras Lovely interior. Staff were friendly but not too talkative. I came in at the end of the day (around 5:45) so I had a significant wait. Laydee took care of me and gave me a nice massage in the pedicure. My nails turned out pretty nice. There was some paint on the cuticle, but I wasnt super worried about precision.

Cindy Mincey The space is nice and clean. My complaint is when my gel nail didnt take and started running, the lady did not start over with a new color. Instead she choose a color that didnt really match the original color and painted over the top of the mess that was already made. My color chipped in less than 2 days. I will not be going back.

Selena P I’ve not got my nails in a while but I decided to go and treat myself yesterday. I walked in and instantly felt a kind welcome and sense of peace. The employees are all very friendly and the nail salon is beautiful. The paintings on the walls are breathtaking and the designs are gorgeous!! The music is good, too! This is the most wonderful nail salon I’ve ever walked into and the kind smiles and happiness that everyone holds is truly beautiful. Thank you for your sweetness and making me feel at home! 10/10 recommend this nail salon!

Ivonne Rosales Very unprofessional. Edit after response* From the first time I walked in ALONE, the environment did not feel welcoming. I signed in as instructed and informed the staff that I would be back. In the meantime, I went next door and made a purchase from Bath & Body Works. While waiting, a child in our group accidentally dropped a small item—not out of play, but simply because that’s what children sometimes do. The plan was never to keep him there long; we were just waiting until my daughter was called in before heading to the car. I take pride in ensuring that we conduct ourselves respectfully. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling unwelcome, which is disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the atmosphere for future visitors.

Celeste Renee I treated myself to a baby pink gel French tip manicure, a matching gel pedicure, and eyebrow waxing, and it was worth every penny of my little $125. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was incredibly attentive and professional. Their teamwork was impressive, and the results were gorgeous. I feel and look amazing, and I cant wait to return. Thank you!

I went here on 11/27 after months of taking a break from getting my nails done here and I never should’ve went back the sns on my nails is bumpy,the shape of my nails is not how I wanted them to be,my pedicure was regular polish when I asked for gel and you could tell the girl didn’t have much experience.

Stephanie Perez Extremely disappointed. I used to love coming here, but after the last time I got a pedicure, my nail turned yellow. I decide to come back and give them a chance, ask for them to remove the tips as I want a regular gel manicure, lady proceeds to talk me out of it to avoid removing them.. ok. One tip was hanging on literally by a thread, hurt me while trying to remove it and told me to take it off myself. Proceeds to shave down my nails with the drill bit, leaving all my nails different lengths. She began filing and needless to say they’re all different shapes. I could seriously cry. She saw I was extremely unhappy as I pointed out the issues. Finished and said have a good night I’m tired. Pedicure lady was extremely aggressive as well.

Mark Paden I love this nail solan a lot I go there so much they will do such a good job whether you want a design just to a pedicure on your toes they will do such an good job on any nails . If you have like an inspo photo they will do such a good job I don’t have like a certain nail tech or anything all of them do such a good job . It also is very clean the swap all of the towels if they already have been used and the floors are clean not that that really matters it’s just a good nail solan and I really recommend USA nails. Gabrielle Curtis I’ve been going to this nail salon for about three months now and Lynn does an AMAZING job every time!! Shes very creative and so sweet, always making sure to execute and collaborate ideas. The staff is amazing and i’m always in and out. Before I was getting acrylic but ever since Lynn recommended gel x my nails have never been better! I highly recommend Sophia Nails!

Quick Meals For The Quick Mom My name is Tiffany and I had the pleasure of getting my nails and feet done at Sophia’s Nail Salon in Grovetown on Friday! Philip had me try the new gel x full set and they came out so beautifully. He had great customer service and a wonderful personality (TINY BOSS aka NAIL BOO)! He recommended Hannah for my feet and let me tell you, I ordered the 50 minute Volcano Deluxe treatment and 50 minutes is how long it lasted! She was extremely patient and took her time, if I wasn’t a naturally hyper person I would have taken a nap!! I also had the pleasure of meeting Sophia (the owner) and she was super sweet! Also the prices are super reasonable and not over priced! To my forever nail salon, I will see you all soon!

Tia Scott I absolutely loved the experience of getting my nails done here. Phillip at the front door told us they do it different and he did not lie! This was something else entirely. John, who did my manicure was sooo amazing. He took his time and really brought my vision of my nails to life. And Hana did my pedicure and was so sweet and the pedicure itself was spectacular. Once she started using the hot rocks, I was instantly in heaven! She even waxed my eyebrows and cleaned them up for me. The whole service was incredibly efficient. Everyone is obviously versed in multiple aspects of the spa. Quite possibly one of the best spa days I’ve ever had. Thank you all so much!!

Cheryl Mack I had a pedicure with Tony and a manicure with Tina. They were both excellent. I will come back and go to both of them again my arms. My legs are so relaxed and my polish is beautiful. Recommend them both highly.

Emma Elrod Just got my nails done here and loved every second of it. I use to come to this nail salon when I was very young and the front desk lady still remembers me and was excited to know how i’ve been doing. I did not have an appointment and wanted to get dip powder with tips. She told me there would be a 20 minute wait. This was no problem at all but after 10 minutes or less Matt called me back to get started. It was easily the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. He made great conversation and asked how I liked my nails so far throughout the whole time. Due to the great conversation I felt I could actually say whether I liked something or not. However no correction was needed Matt did great and I will definitely recommend not only him but the Nail Place as the place to got for your nail needs.

Jim Johnson There are no reservations taken for Fridays and Saturdays, so it is walk-in. Anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and 45 minute wait. Put my name in and left, but when I returned, my name had been called, so I waited on site. No worries, I was called in about 45 minutes, and my nail technician, Em, took over and did a thorough job on my hands and feet. Enjoyed the comfy message chairs as well as the extreme caution and care they took with sanitizing everything. I thought the music and the atmosphere were a bit disonant as it took away from the relaxing overall experience.

Maggie Haywood If I could give more than a 5 star I would. I had the absolute best pedicure! They are very sanitary! A lot of nail shops around here only replace the bowl liner and don’t clean it. I seen them deep clean the pedicure bowl/chair and the surrounding area. I also got a full set by Mary and they were so perfect. I stopped getting my nails and toes done because of bad services but not anymore. I am so glad to have found The Nail Place!

Kaneesha Jenkins I booked for a full set and pedicure and it was one of the best experiences Ive had at a nail spa. Art was absolutely amazing. He pays attention to every detail! Your nails are guaranteed to be absolutely perfect. During my appointment, he was extremely thorough and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He would periodically stop, show me my nails and ask was I satisfied. He made sure to show me my shape, colors and explain every step of the process just like it was my first time getting my nails done. While I was there he took great care of a lady that came in with a broken nail. They got her fixed up with no issues. That is customer service. I also got a spa pedicure and IT WAS AMAZING. THE MASSAGE! LORD THE MASSAGE she gave my feet was heaven sent. She even fixed a bad acrylic application from a previous salon. When she was done, it didnt even look like the same toenail. I was more than satisfied with my pedicure. I booked my fill up and pedi while I was there, yes the service was THAT good. This is what going to a nail spa should feel like. Relaxing, refreshing and leaving feeling amazing!

Tatiana Gonzalez I visited this place for the first time even though it wasn’t recommending by friends. The salon itself is beautiful and clean .They are very attentive everyone who walked in was acknowledged. I spent about 2 hours here. Here is where I was very disappointed. I spent $65 on a pink and white ombré set $15 more than what I pay at my usual salon ,it was decent. However I spent $55 on a gel pedicure and not even 24 hours later the top coat bubbled up and was just peeling while I was on vacation. I don’t mind spending when it’s good quality work. This here is cheap products. I have never had a gel pedicure even chip. I had to pay while on vacation $65 for someone else to redo my whole pedicure. Will not return.

Amy Argoe I drove 30 minutes to come here based off of my previous experience. However, this trip to the shop ruins that concept for me. Customer service and understanding consumers WANTS and not what’s the fastest or most convenient for techs, is lacking thereof. The nail tech that took care of my manicure fill and shaping did a fantastic job. She had another tech step in to paint, when she finished one hand I did not like the French style she had did, so I asked for a solid color. She painted two fingers and then said, “let me know if you like it, I don’t want to paint 5 fingers and you decide you don’t.” With extreme and unwarranted attitude. I asked her to remove the gel polish and how much I owed for the previous service- and then left. Another tech asked if she could paint my hands for me but I was too upset to stick around. I won’t be back. Leaving with my nails unfinished.

Gabriela Cordón I love to come here . my nails always beautiful, last 4-5 weeks better than different nails salon around it come off in 1 week. For every holiday my family come in town they love to come here Because no long wait. And they have free food and snacks , free wine every holidays . The best nails salon in Lilburn. They have give away $300 cash for holidays Christmas and New Years. Free wine on Friday and Saturday. I love the manager her name Tina on front desk she always look beautiful and friendly. She help a lot if you need. All my family love to come here every 3 weeks. We try a lot nails salon around but we dont think we like and good quality like this nails salon . I dont understand why people write a bad review for them . I think they want money back that why they dont happy. That why they try to write bad review it not nice people. Please come to try them you will love them. Special Tina manager so beautiful and friendly, Im sure trust me .

Mariah Bowens I love to come to this location it’s very elegant. The space is very big and relaxing. They are accommodating with new chairs featuring wireless phone chargers. They even treated me to a glass of wine. There was no wait. This location is perfect for larger parties/groups as they can assist everyone at once since they have 25 pedicure chairs. Tina the manager is always friendly and very nice

Christy Melton I started going here at the beginning of the year and it is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to(and I’ve been to quite a few.) The manager Tina is amazing and sweet!! My nail tech is Sydney and she has always done a phenomenal job!! I go in with a color/theme idea and let her have fun with it, and my nails always turn out fantastic!!

Alonda Reynolds After showing the lady a picture of how I wanted my eyes done she still told me she could not Fix it how I want it and I paid $19 and I could’ve went to the place by Walmart and got a better service because she didn’t even arch my eyebrows and after getting back in my car and looking at my mirror, she left hair on my mustache when I went back in to get it fixed she said she can fix it, but she has other customer she’s attending to at the moment So she came off as very rude I will never go to someone that you normally don’t see a nail salon

b clayborn Solar nail fill in cost $60!! I didn’t pay but $55 when I got my solar set and the excuse was “two colors” well yeah my original solar set was 2 colors. How is a fill in more? I was told $25 on the phone on the way there…. I’ve always went here and tipped well. Today I didn’t bother since I was getting ripped off! Won’t be back. Some nails are longer than others… it’s not even the best work to come from them… Gloria usually does my nails and toes better than either of the owners. So if you do stop by ask for her. As for me I’ll go anywhere but from now on.

Kristy Wright I took my daughter here to get her nails done absolutely the worst experience ever. My daughter’s nails looked horrible because they put an inexperienced tech to paint on her gel polish. I was also getting my nails done and a pedicure my pedicure was perfect. I was getting my nails done when my daughter was looking at her nails almost in tears so I asked her if she liked them. She didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings so she said they were fine while almost in tears. The tech tried to blame her cuticles for the jagged polish. I asked her to fix them and she wanted to charge me to remove the polish and charge to re apply it. The total was still $230 for two pedicures 2 full sets and one fill in that they didn’t even finish painting. We have had our nails done several times and it was never an issue before. I will never go back to this salon!!

Ava Mosley Went in on a Thursday around 4:30 and was seated right away. They helped me pick my color based on a picture I showed them and had me in and out within a reasonable time. Very nice staff! I paid $20 for a gel manicure and thought that was a fair price.

Kim Sosebee I went last week and used a gift certificate (this isn’t my usual nail salon) but I got gel polish as usual and it’s not even. When I left I could see how lumpy they are. They’re terrible. I also got a nail infection. My cuticle is so infected I had to get it lanced and antibiotics. It hurts so bad. Go to Modern Nails. I’ve been there for 4 years and never had a problem. This Bella salon has changed owners 4 or 5 times in 4 years. Don’t waist your time!

Tammy Herremans Coming back to my small town of Toccoa, Ga and finding this gem has been a blessing. Self care is very important to me and the nail techs here at Bella Nails are absolutely wonderful. They all make you feel at home. Don’t let the language barrier fool you because they all make you feel apart of their family with their smiles, laughter and wonderful service. Go enough times and you can pick up on a few things and then laugh your head off when you realize they are picking on each other and even me but it’s all out of love and I truly feel it here.

Lulus Logic This place is amazing. I need a fill in, nail repair and pedicure and I was serviced for both at the same time. I felt like a Queen. The staff is clean, polite, professional and kind. My nails look amazing and super pointy just as I asked. Im very happy. The foot massage during my pedicure was very relaxing and I almost fell asleep lol. The pricing is also really good as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Tina Newlin Frist time going to this spa and it was a terrible experience for me. I got a manicure and a powdered nail application, the results were horrible as you can see from the pics. The manicure was bad, the powder was supposed to be light blue but as you can see it has white spots every where. Make sure if you visit this establishment you get someone whos qualified to do your nails. What a waste.

Korinthian Weldon So I found this place during my search for a good nail salon in my area. I have been to many salons so I can definitely compare. The first thing that got me with this one was the welcoming customer service. Man does my nails all the time and he does great work. His wife is excellent with the designs. The salon is clean and the music is nice and they also offer a glass of wine for your pleasure. The massage chairs are nice and they do good on the pedicures as well. Not to mention the prices are great! I have been coming for almost a year and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend 10/10

Leitha Barfield Savannah is amazing!! Not only is she an extremely talented nail artist, she makes you feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as you walk in her nail salon! She is definitely called to do this profession and has the heart for it and her clients. I am so blessed she takes care of my nails and that I also get to call her a friend!

Arianna McGaha I have been long time customer of Joanne nails. And when Joanne left I was sad as she’s the only one I’d allow to do my manicures. But today I got a pedicure and it was amazing! She took her time and was very thorough! I do recommend coming in on a weekday when it’s slow so you can get that kind of restful take your time service!

Bree Bernabe Nails looked beautiful. I did dip as I have done many times before at other salons. Two days later I am tying and a nail breaks in half. I went today to have it repaired. The tonight as I was doing dishes another nail broke. I have never had these issues. This was no my worth my time or the $40 I paid.

I’m always satisfied with their work and I don’t mind paying extra for additional services and tipping well because they do such amazing work. You can get an appointment or you can just walk in, but either way they will always make the time for you . If you’re looking for a forever home for your self care day please check them out !

Alexis Mathis They are now taking advantage of me and I cant even enjoy my holiday nails. I have been going to Emily nails for about 3 years now and I have always adhere to the pricing as they always do a really good job. Since transitioning to new management, they have increased their prices astronomically and now forges prices as they go along thinking they can get away with it. This is not the first time they have overcharged me but I let it go since it is good work but this time enough is enough! I always receive a color powder, coffin, medium length plus take down for my nails. This time I added basic nails paint designs. My last few visits, length is typically $8. The manager gave me my total and added a $15 "additional services" fee and when I ask she stated "it was for length". My total was $107! I have asked other nail technicians and other nail salons was that reasonable and they all screamed "No"! I did not have time to debate while I was there, but I do not like the fact you are now adding charges just because you feel like it. Now I have buyers regret, and I cannot enjoy my nails because I know I paid too much. I work hard for my money, and I am a generous tipper but to look me in the face and rack up charges is fraudulent and bad business for your customers. I am disappointed that now I officially must take my business elsewhere. When Emily Nails starts treating their customers fairly again (when Henry was running the place) and no longer take advantage of their customers by using inexcusable fluctuating prices then I will return. Getting your nails done is a time for peace and relaxation, not leaving with anxiety and annoyance because new management is deciding to be greedy!

Kelly Nguyen Came across Emily Nail Salon and I am so glad I found out about this nail salon. Amazing service, great work, and very friendly workers. They offer snacks and drinks with amazing service. My nail tech (Tina) did a great job on my nails, she did exactly what I wanted extravagantly. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone!
