1 /5 Sierra Mearkle: First of all, this guy tony made my nails super thin. Not happy at all. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to even talk to me to ask what I wanted. Then he kept hitting my cuticles with the electric file which hurt and made me bleed. He proceeded to say that I n ed to start wearing lotion on my cuticles so that wont happen. Then he firmly told me I need to wash my hands and as I was getting up he said it again then I said Im trying to get my stuff out of my lap and be careful about my nails and he yelled "THE SINK IS OVER THERE, GO WASH YOUR HANDS"..... that is when I SNAPPED, I said I heard you and I was telling you twice that Im trying to get my stuff out of my lap and you gave me 30 seconds before yelling at me again. He never talked to me and never told me a price at first. Somewhat overpriced. And extremely rude. Also I asked for gold gyms and he picked out multi colored and said it was gold which it was not then he went back and grabbed a bottle of glitter not gems and I said I wanted gems and another lady had to go and find the gold gems that magically appeared when she went to look. He placed them on so bad and said my nails were to short to do the design I wanted which they were not and he didnt even do them symmetrical. Worst service ever!!

5 /5 Letitia Owens: I absolutely LOVE PAM is usually my specialist. Actually everyone there is accommodating. The Owner remembers me, and is always so welcoming, even if I have been gone a long time, she makes me feel so good to be there. I feel a pampered feel before I even get services. Its a great place to hang..I took my Sister there from out of town, and she was MOST IMPRESSED.
