Denise Gunn Patti is my hygienist and does an awesome job! She is gentle, and my teeth feel great when I leave. Dr. Liethner is the best too!! Love the office personnel as well. All so very friendly!

Viveca Edwards Everyone is so super friendly. The front office staff is so inviting with their smiles. And I just adore my dental hygienist. Patty is so sweet and kind. Takes her time and really listens to my concerns. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. I moved to Newnan and thought I would find another dentist closer to home, but it’s hard to find a great dentist so I’m back driving from Newnan and wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

Cindy Freeman I love Douglas Dental Studios. They always take such good care of me and my family. Everyone is so kind and caring. Our hygienist, Chloe is the best! She always listens to any concerns and issues. We have been seeing her for so long that she has become like family to us. Great place to go if you need any dental work done!

Ashlee Mcclention The office is always so clean and nice. We always get greeted with a big , beautiful smile from Stefanie Brown in the front. She’s also always so helpful and ensuring everyone gets what they need before they leave! Also, Stacey is a great hygienist and I never hear any problem from my significant other every time he goes in for a cleaning. He always says she’s gentle when doing the cleanings.

Beth Johnson I just had my last dental cleaning of the year and Nikki, my hygienist, is fabulous!! She is always so very friendly and happy and does an exceptional job cleaning my teeth and taking special care to be gentle every step of the way! The dentists and entire staff are professional and talented! They each have their fields of expertise. You know you are in very good hands at Douglas Dental! If you have a dental issue, don’t worry they will handle whatever it is with compassion and expertise! The entire team is the best!!

Denise Franzak-Miller Needed a consultation for options from a crown missing. They were able to get me in the same day! Dr Steve Wilkerson provided a through exam and explained the process of a root canal. He is able to perform both services. This is my first one. The office staff is nice and efficient. Katelyn Davis I came here as a first time patient after going a long time without a dentist. They were incredibly kind and patient. They answered any questions I had. It felt like they really cared. As a person with anxiety, their building is very calming and the employees take their time to tell you what they’re doing and why they are doing it — which I really appreciated.

Nicole Wetherington It’s very aggravating to make an appointment that accommodates working adults. All four of my children have gotten braces here, and as time has passed the personable service has dwindled. The company is too big to handle the volume in of patients in any form of meaningful way.

Lindsey Spivey Visiting Smile Doctors was a great experience. We came for a consult and were greeted at the door with smiling faces. Kathy make the X-rays and pictures easy and fun for my daughter. Jennifer was very sweet and make it comfortable to talk about the different payment options available. Dr. Smith took his time and made sure I understood the treatment plan and had no questions before finishing. Michelle was so much fun and very energetic making my daughters experience a great one and also easing her nervousness. Thank you Smile Doctors!

Chris Brown I had a fill in fall out that I had put in 20 years ago on my front tooth. I called 10 different offices to make a appointment for next day for a emergency repair and no one had availability. I stopped in this office at the end of there day and explained my issues. I was scheduled next day and sent the paperwork the night before for my visit. I arrived early, I walked in and I was greeted by name (amazing). I signed in roughly 30 min early and they had me in the back getting prepped for my consultation. Rachel was a great help in calming any nerves and happily answered any questions I may have had. Dr. Ha took great care in my perspective and asked the "is that what you want" you will be heard at this office and well taken care of. My chipped tooth was repaired in a hours time roughly from check in to billing. Ha does amazing work in color pairing and explaining limitations of the work done. This is my first recommendation for anyone needing a emergency procedure, needing proper care, or finding a office that listens to the concerns of there customers. 10/10 experience and I cant wait to be back.

Tiffany Crowle If you get through to the office and get in touch with anyone the office staff is friendly and in person. However it is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone any day of the week at any time of day. I understand as one of the few dentist around that accept Medicaid they probably have bitten off more than they can chew by being in the network. Need to hire more staff or unenroll from it.

Nicole Narae Very rude. So rude I would have left if my son didn’t need a cleaning and it wouldn’t take forever to find another office. I’m sitting in the lobby with my son I’ll try to get the names of the staff with the bad attitude and the other one with disgusting body language (even as far as closing the window aggressively). If you rather exceptional service over convenience find somewhere else.

Harmony M I was perplexed when I saw some of these reviews on here because my three children have been coming here for years and we have NEVER had a less than perfect experience. The wait times after checking in are reasonable. The staff is always polite with bubbly personalities. My kids enjoy going here and theyre always comfortable and worry-free while getting onto the chair.

‘Chelle Bell I haven’t been to a dentist in 6 years due to no insurance and was so nervous to go for fear of judgment by the staff. But everyone is so reassuring and nice especially my dental hygienist Amber. She assured me through the whole process and answered all the questions I’d be afraid to ask otherwise. The dentist is great too, really well dress, polite, knowledgeable, and quick! I think this staff works well together for the best interest of every individual patient :)

Mikayla Vining Dr. Childers has been a blessing to our family! Our son was diagnosed with salmonella and meningitis in April of 2023. He took the best of care of our boy before having him sent to Savannah where he could be surrounded by specialists. When our daughter was born, he made sure that she didn’t face the same issues. To this day, he takes the time to treat us like were somebody important to him and not just another family.

Kaitlyn Cathrine Dr. Childers is an amazing pediatrician (which is the only reason this is 3 stars instead of 1) but we moved to Valdosta and within the past few months it’s taken 2 hour plus to be seen when you make and appointment and I didn’t want to have to drive an hour and wait another 2 hours for my daughter to be seen. Her new pediatrician sent the medical release form on December 3rd and whoever it is that runs that department didn’t let me or her new pediatrician know that it was misplaced despite being called numerous times over the nearly TWO MONTHS we were waiting for them to be sent. It wasn’t brought to my attention until January 19th and I had a new form sent over that day and it still took another two days for them to finally be sent on January 21st. This was apparently due to the lady that handles the records being “sick” even though I highly doubt she was sick for nearly two months straight. Bare in mind my daughter has a very serious medical condition. It came off as them just being petty, extremely unprofessional, and like the staff just straight up don’t care about your child’s health. It definitely isn’t a good look unfortunately for Dr. Childers. We have also been given misinformation before regarding my daughters medical diagnosis by the staff as well when she was a baby ( at the time Dr. Childers was appalled by this which is what made us stay.) He is a wonderful pediatrician and I really wish we could have stayed at his practice, but unfortunately his staff needs major work. If you’re okay with having an amazing pediatrician, but at the cost of having to wait hours upon hours to be seen and dealing with mediocre staff, by all means take your children here, but for us I personally wouldn’t recommend going here. It’s such a shame because genuinely Dr. Childers is absolutely incredible. The cost is just too high for me.

Julie S. My daughter liked them, but she had one cavity they wanted to send her to a specialist in another town hours away. I told them I couldnt do that. I called around and found another dentist that fixed it a lot closer to us anyway.

Joy Woods Daughter needed a filling and they just kept making appointments and never actually filled the tooth. Our daughters were changing insurance and we were told they accepted the insurance they were switching too. Got there that morning and midway through the visit were told they were out of network. We asked them to send our daughters file to a new dentist and were told they would. 3 weeks later (today) I called the new office about why I havent heard from them and come to find out the file was never sent. Thank God the new office is able to get both of my girls in next week. Do your homework before picking a dentist office is what Ive learned from this experience.

Lennette Hamm The the dental assistances and dr hedi is good and sweet. Its her receptionist thats a problem . Im a mother of two boys and I work a lot so I forget about appointments. They problem is they dont try to call or remind you. Then they want to be rude when you check them about it. I wish they start back sending a card or call to just remind. We hall human and we forget.
