Audreyuana Bell: Mrs. Lisa is an amazing woman I was going through my roughest time because I started not loving my smile since Ive been a diabetic and my tooth chipped, her and the whole staff helped me out of that dark place and doctor thackston fixed my tooth with no problem ill recommend anyone to them.
Chris Brown: I had a fill in fall out that I had put in 20 years ago on my front tooth. I called 10 different offices to make a appointment for next day for a emergency repair and no one had availability. I stopped in this office at the end of there day and explained my issues. I was scheduled next day and sent the paperwork the night before for my visit. I arrived early, I walked in and I was greeted by name (amazing). I signed in roughly 30 min early and they had me in the back getting prepped for my consultation. Rachel was a great help in calming any nerves and happily answered any questions I may have had. Dr. Ha took great care in my perspective and asked the "is that what you want" you will be heard at this office and well taken care of. My chipped tooth was repaired in a hours time roughly from check in to billing. Ha does amazing work in color pairing and explaining limitations of the work done. This is my first recommendation for anyone needing a emergency procedure, needing proper care, or finding a office that listens to the concerns of there customers. 10/10 experience and I cant wait to be back.
