1 /5 Joy Woods: Daughter needed a filling and they just kept making appointments and never actually filled the tooth. Our daughters were changing insurance and we were told they accepted the insurance they were switching too. Got there that morning and midway through the visit were told they were out of network. We asked them to send our daughters file to a new dentist and were told they would. 3 weeks later (today) I called the new office about why I havent heard from them and come to find out the file was never sent. Thank God the new office is able to get both of my girls in next week. Do your homework before picking a dentist office is what Ive learned from this experience.
