7EEN I love it here! Ive been getting my eyes brows threaded since I was 16 & now Im 28. 10/10 would recommend. I go to Nikki, shes really good.

Lex Walked in, no one greeted me. Just two ladies continuing their conversation. I asked for someone that was referred to me but she wasn’t there. I’m going by faith at this point by allowing another lady to do them. She didn’t wash her hands, I had to ask her to clean my brows before threading, no brush to brush my eyebrows to see the shape. When done, I asked for my own eyebrow brush and she gave me a random, dirty, full of dust and lint. Just unprofessional and disgusting. 0/10

Bhakti Patel Manisha did such a good job on my hair cutting ! she did good eyebrow and facial on my face .Her massage was just what my skin needed.she is very gentle,I definitely come back.Thank you!

Angel Clark Been going here for over 5 years. Very satisfied. They are busy but still seem to get you in and out. They also wash your sins away at the shampoo bowl lol.

Chantal Carroll If I could, I would give no stars!. They racially profile you once you walk through the door and have you wait over an hour for a wash and blow dry . They will fry and damage your hair with the extreme heating of blow dryer and there is no real authentic products. They have shampoo mixed with relaxer because I left with chemical burns on my forehead and ears. So I definitely do not recommend. They also over charge and give different prices every time you go.

Michael Jackson Rodrigues The barber was good in his work.. But way to costly very expensive like are you serious 25$ for triming of the beard.. Way to expensive.. and not receipt given also for the same God knows how do youll operate and function I will have to take this concern to the consumer court.. like no rate board mentioned nothing at all and straight 25$ without any invoice..

unnati kakkad I do not recommend this place for Facials, they really need to work on Facial services. I got a Classic facial done ($60), I had explained my main concern is to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads. She said yea, cleanup is part of every facials no matter what you pick. She only cleaned my T-zone, after the entire facial I had remind, I have lots of blackheads on my cheek bones please work on those. She only picked out 3 blackheads and said done. There was no scrubbing involved (only some gel that takes off dead skin). I left the place with still so much buildup. Terrible Facial service.

Sonali Hazari Upstair salon Service- Haircut This 1 star is just for the person who did my haircut else would want to give negative if possible. The owner was super rude. Felt so ignored as if she is doing me some favor. Make sure you clarify on the pricing before starting the service. I paid $65 for my haircut after negotiating as they mentioned $45 in call and later that madam said $75. The lady spoiled my mood. Staff is good and I think they deserve better owner. Idiot Lady!!

Andrew Yin Haircut works are fast with inconsistent efforts and quality. Used to be cheap but price has gone up in past two years. Will call you out if you give smaller amount of tips than they expected.

Jhon V For guys I would reccomend a different service the haircut came out looking garbage. I thought it was decent at first and didn’t expect much because its profile looks tailored to a hair salon over a barber shop but after I got in the car to leave on one mirror my right side was squared straight up and then in the rear view I saw my left side curved like a lamp and side the burns uneven too. After that I took off my hat and saw one side of the line up was pushed back to look like a question mark. I dont generally care because my hair grows fast but the cut looks so embarrassing I might as well throw mud at myself and not take a shower to complete the look. If you cut your own hair it’s better than looking like having a shaved nuts ack in your hairline. In fairness she the lady probably specialized in women’s styles because I asked for a taper and one inch off and she gave no taper and cut off basically 3 inches, and the side burns look like napolians ice cream but the sizing all around my head is even and the back of it looks clean besides the fact that it’s two different styles on one head yk so if you don’t care about your hair or a special style and want a buzz or crew cut I guess the convenience may be worth it but I don’t think the lady will listen to the instructions that you tell her because she’s just going to agree and not do what you want because it’s not their practiced technique but then it’s just going to be a waste of your time trying to explain to her yk., so your 20 minute haircut service you get for 24 bucks that looks like more like a road than a semetric style is bad and you might as well drive 20 minutes and get a hair cut you want by an experienced amerture or a professional than waste your money and your patience. The guy who worked there may be different but I’d make an appointment or just get your hair done somewhere else

mike i went in having a picture of what i was looking for with little to no idea what i wanted however she was so kind and helpful. she literally created the haircut in the photo and was super quick for a great price. i highly recommend!!

Marissa Shilpa always takes such great care of me and cleans up my brows while not changing the shape. She does them exactly how I want every time. Been coming here for years now. Affordable prices too - can’t beat it!

Erica Adkins Clean salon but horrible unprofessional employee on Saturday. I went to get my brows done to in the end get discriminated against and harassed. She didn’t want to service me first because a regular customer came in promptly after me. She told me to call first even thought they take walk ins, and she proceeded to say “I’m setting all her appointments back because I walked in.” She continued to talk about how I inconvenienced her as I checked out. Do not waste your time or money. Horrible service!!

Ruth Belhaive I’ve been getting my brows and waxing done here and I couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and truly listens to what you want. My eyebrows have never looked better she shapes them perfectly every time without overdoing it. The space is clean, calming, and she always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who really knows their craft and cares about their clients!

Salman Sarfaraz Been a customer for a long time but recently new staff is just begging for tips and questions if you dont tip for 7 minutes of a haircut (thats all i do). The owner is good but since she chooses more money giving customers to herself so experience is being ruined as staff messes up haircuts and sides is usual. Also staff tries to charge high and then you have to tell them its wrong before they correct it yet demands a tip on the top.

Sahrish Charania Went to Rozy’s this afternoon and asked for an eyebrow wax. The lady messed up my left eyebrow, filled it in with a pencil, lied and told me there was 1 hair extra that came off and so she filled it in for me. She then said she’s not going to wax the other eyebrow and just thread it. Once I got home, I wiped my eyebrow and saw this.

Shear Jashub DONT EVER COME HERE!!! The taller lady was REALLY REALLY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She doesnt even know HOW TO CUT!! The first shorter lady that was initially cutting my hair messed up my hair, and even she didnt know HOW TO CUT!! How do you even open up a place like this when you DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO CUT!!! THE WORST PART IS THAT AS SHE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR SHE SAID "Since your haircut is very complex were gonna charge you $20" COMPLEX?!?!?! HOW IS GETTING A NORMAL HAIRCUT COMPLEX?!?! I was supposed to get 2 lines on the left side and a proper line up BUT after I saw how and what the did to my hair I LITERALLY HAD TO STAND UP AND LEAVE BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME "Why didnt you just go to your personal barber if youre not satisfied with this" I could go on and on about all the rude things she said to me! SUCH AN ATTITUDE! Ive attached my pictures after I reached home and fixed it up myself as much as I could but I have to just get rid of it all because I cant save this madness! Im gonna attach a reference picture that I showed them before the haircut, so that they can cut it exactly like that. I attached the before and after. My sides are just gone now. I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS! Because I didnt pay you to mess up my hair like this! I expect a refund within 24hrs

Shreya Lakhkar Be sure to book an appointment beforehand. I was stuck in traffic and was over half an hour late for my eyebrow threading appointment, but the lady was so kind and took me in immediately! Amazing service. Will definitely go back!

Jacqueline O Worst customer service of any salon in Atlanta that I’ve been to. After a busy week at the hospital, thought I got out early enough to finally get my eyebrows threaded and made the mistake of coming here first. There was one woman working, wrapping up things with the one seated customer while 1 other person sat in the back. I asked about getting my eyebrows threaded to which the worker laughed and said appointment only. She said there’s a sign outside with the hours and phone number you can call, should you suddenly have an urge to randomly call ahead to know that they are appointment only. There’s no sign outside saying that, you would only know by coming in and seeing a small sign while they laugh you out of their empty salon. For a business that looks like they’re hurting for business, I was taken aback by the rudeness. I didn’t expect people to be as welcoming as in NY but this was unprofessional and ridiculous for a 5 minute service. Save yourself the time and hassle and go upstairs to Natural Identity where they will at least treat you like a human being. My eyebrows turned out great at Natural Identity!

E. Gloria Anyalechi This place is a true gem for getting your eyebrows done if you like having them threaded. It’s been owned by and run by the same woman for at least the last 15 years! A friend referred me to it when I first moved to Atlanta and I’ve been going here ever since! The business owner is a woman of strong faith and she ethically runs her business. It’s sort of incredible that the price to have your eyebrows done has only increased once and is still the most inexpensive price I’ve encountered. Since the COVID-19 pandemic she now takes appointments only but it’s still really worth it to schedule with her and get them done.

Jamila Jenkins Amazing! I’ve been more than 5 times for my lashes and eyebrow threading. Rosie always does a great job, very consistent. Listens to how I want my lashes (natural) but I’ve seen her other clients get long lashes and they look amazing. Lashes last up to 3 weeks too!

Kellie Sutton-Thomas One of the worse and scariest experiences Ive had with my brows. I went in for a simple threading and tint. Showed her a pic ask could she do it she said yes. My eyebrows look horrible! Everyones brows are different. Everybody doesnt want boxie, uneven brows. Start mapping brows! Never again!

Mikayla Rodriguez This experience has been nothing but comfortable fun and it makes me so happy to see the before and after photos of my eye eyebrows, they look amazing please if you’re looking for anywhere to get your eyebrows done you’ve got to come to oasis I’m very picky about who I choose to do my eyebrows and the results are insane. She’s so lightheaded and so sweet doesn’t take long. This is a great experience you’ve got to come!!!!

Carol E I have been losing hair due to a stressful move and I am new to this area. Tiffany happened to have an available appointment the same day I called to schedule. She put me at ease with her genuine kindness, asking the right questions to make sure she understood exactly what I needed and wanted. She is an expert with scissors and made something beautiful out of a mess. I did not feel any pressure to do anything other than what I asked for and highly recommend Tiffany and Wildheart salon!

Maureen Downs I walked in looking for a quick wash in a pinch and happened to catch Jenny in a gap between clients. She took me right away and was a pleasure to talk to. Sarah Devon has been a total godsend to me! She has cut and colored my hair two times now and every time has been an amazing and fun experience. Devon has such a passion for what she does and it really shines through while she works. Im met Devon because I recently had moved to the area from out-of-state and had a very unfortunate experience at a local Salon. They did such a number on my hair that I needed a major color AND cut correction. I wasnt comfortable going back to the original salon to get it done so I did some searching and came across Sego Salon. They had an online appointment scheduler so around two in the morning in a total panic I made an appointment with Devon for the next day. Devon was so amazing and did a very impressive color correction and haircut correction on me. She took her time to make sure it was done correctly and it turned out so beautifully. I knew after that she would be the only hairdresser I would go to! I could go on and on, but Ill let the photos do the talking!

Erika Meredith Took my daughter (12) for a cut with Andrea. The experience could not have been better. My daughter is shy and soft spoken and she was amazing with her. We will definitely be back.

Sailor Ann Stevens I have wavy hair, and Andrea did an amazing job with it! She listened to what I asked for (u-shaped cut, lots of layers, and side-swept bangs), checked multiple times throughout the haircut that I liked it, and took her time getting it just right. She must’ve cut my bangs like 4 times, adding hair to make sure they were the exact right thickness that I wanted. Same deal with the amount and height of layers. After the cut, she even finger curled and diffused my waves so that I could see how how the haircut would lay on my natural hair texture. I’ve never before had a haircut that I was so pleased with, and I’m now never gonna have anyone else cut it ever again. Would give 6 stars if I could.

David Wilson Pearl Salon Suites in Decatur offers a clean, modern space with professional stylists. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the services are top-notch. Highly recommended for a great salon experience!

Tanesha Tonya in suite 206 did an excellent job. She had a small issue with her water temperature and management responded promptly to make sure everything was in proper working order. The suites are a nice size and the restroom was clean. I will definitely be returning to get my hair done!

Elaine Slaughter Rakoczy A real confidence deflator! Told so many times how "thin" my hair is, rushed my cut so fast with no time to discuss length, owner just chopped away. Didnt recognize me from trim last December. Had to fight back tears before leaving. Great if your 85 yrs old and need a tight perm. Ruined my Easter weekend.
