Kimberly Porter Disappointed is an understatement. Went straight back to have it blended, which helped a little but now I’m gonna have to have it all chopped off. Worst haircut I’ve ever had.

Theresa Bates Ginger was awesome. Took my five year old granddaughter in to get a French Braid and she was amazing with her!!! Will definitely use her more often.

Kimberly Worcester Emilee and Ginger took care of me and both of my children on the day. They got us all in earlier than our appt was originally scheduled for, Ginger gave both my kids exactly what they asked for and gave tips to my daughter as she has very very kinky curly hair. My son is typically very shy however Ginger had him talking a storm while she was cutting his hair and he sat very still for her. I went in and said I don’t want to be able to put my hair up in a ponytail and I wanted a lot of layers and she did just that. My hair is very low maintenance and is off my neck. Very pleased with these 2 ladies.

Wendy Kaye Dial They take walk-ins. They stay open until 7 pm. The beauticians are professional and friendly. I think Ill make it my primary beauty shop. The price is competitive if not just a bit cheaper than most.

Lisa Thompson I guess I wasnt clear enough with the stylist, I asked her to trim my grandson bangs just enough from his eyes because he really likes his hair and how it has grown so healthy.... His hair does grow back pretty fast, but he was so disappointed when we left. I didnt tell her to trim the back at all. When I saw her cut the back, it was just too late.. I never had a problem with any other Barbers...I did call and spoke with a supervisor... Her response was not satisfying to me but I didnt push the issue just wanted to let her know that maybe I didnt explain myself more, and she did apologize and said it was both of us with the miscommunication. Signed, just a dissatisfied customer and sad to say I wont recommend them and I did use 9.99 coupon they offered a flyer if that matters any...

Cindy Alvarez As someone who would go here constantly I would get my brows here but they would make it thin when I asked them not too. Also my eyebrows would not be the same. One arch is higher than the other one.

Christian Gulisano 02/11/21 The skilled technician demonstrated exceptional proficiency in threading my eyebrows and leg waxing, although I would have preferred more pressure applied to my skin post-procedure. However, the Brazilian wax service was incomplete, with residual hair in some areas and neglect of the buttocks region. I am dissatisfied with not receiving the full service I paid for. EDIT- 02/13/21 Following my review, Nancy, the store manager, reached out to me with a sincere apology and a gracious attitude. She kindly offered a clean-up service at the salon. Nancys conduct was impressively professional. For body wax services, I recommend Mrs. Nancy. However, I decided to give them another opportunity by trying a different service. On September 4, 2024, I visited for eyelash application, despite having a regular provider in Cartersville who was unavailable. The salon accommodated me as a walk-in, and the process was efficient with reasonable pricing. Nevertheless, after the application, I experienced discomfort due to the glue causing stinging and tearing. Although the aesthetic result was pleasing, I have been experiencing persistent irritation, excessive watering, and heaviness since the service, leading to my disappointment with the overall experience. Never coming back!

Julia Smith The consult is done over the counter as she’s showing you a couple brow pics online by her cell phone , I was uneasy but booked anyway! She says she’s booked up 1 week but not 1 person in shop! I called couple days before my appt’mt due to sore throat and cough to reschedule! Not possible to leave a message, the phone appears to be person cell! Tried text but no, tried f/b but it was 3 yrs old since last post! She already told me after I tried contact her via email she did not use it, I found her unfriendly and distracted and when someone forks out $400 you need to be a lot more professional! This was my first experience, I hope they are all not like this Update: After they read this review they called me berating me stating I did not call and as I tried to explain yes I did she talked me saying you listen now you already said everything let me explain! But she was so aggressive I just said you won’t let me speak so goodbye Update I continue to get nasty responses as if just walking in the business I have lied I am a lier and how dare I ! I have no reason ? I was very polite! No I don’t expect a consult to be at the counter with your baby streaming behind you and you seem like you were put out! I don’t expect to be charged for consult ? I never got one ? You never explained procedure! Shape’s expected touchups just cost ! So I wish you well but blaming customer for honest opinions is unkind!

Emily Calderon I always get my hair done here and they never fail to make me feel beautiful! The hair stylists are always kind and welcoming! Leanna makes sure to ask questions about what I want and don’t want, and I appreciate it so much. Always my go-to salon and probably always will be. 10/10 experience!!

Dayna Lopez I went in for my second appointment a month ago and got “my skin lifted from the soft wax” (Said by Nia when I told her I got burn) which I google exactly because for me looked like a burn and it bled as well. I love Nia’s work (you can see my perfectly lined eyebrows) but a heads up for the future I would ask for the hard wax instead of whatever she was using that day. I texted her and had google what she told me and I’m so disappointed now that my face has a scar that can’t be cover with my make up. I didn’t put make up over for over a week and treat it with aloe Vera and neosporin but still :( ** I wasn’t using any treatment cream or had done anything to my skin at all prior my appointment **

Celeste D Rodriguez My sons experience at this salon was horrible. I arrived to this place at around 5:30 and I know that they close at 7 pm. The only person that was there, was one of the guys that works at station 2. He was the one that provided for my sons hair cut. One of the problem that my son informed me with was that he kept pushing him back into his seat, even though he was sitting straight and perfectly still. He would also move my sons head without announcing, and to be honest my son and I find it rude. After that he asked my son "do you want the line up?", my son then answered "yes". He thought that he would line up his front hair line. The guy then grabbed the trimmer and started carving a line on the side of my sons head. My son then corrected his mistake but that line was already created. Therefore, giving the rate of one stars and my sons experience being horrible. Also he was closing early and would not let any other customers in. We always go there for his haircut but with a different guy. We havent had any complaints until today, Saturday, March 3.

Yazmin Perez Kera P. was amazing ! She was very attentive and patient the whole time I was there. She left my hair looking beautiful and still very soft. She is definitely one of the sweetest stylists I’ve ever met!

Ella Prado How in the world do you charge 650 dollars for someone to get their hair dyed and it looks like my 5 year old dyed it , I am super pissed that my 18 daughter was even charged that for these sorry work they did . They should give her a refund but she says they told her no . I will be calling management Monday. I could of done this type of work with a 5 dollar dye from store .

Kira Medlock The ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I have been seeing Allie for the past 4 years and every time I leave with my hair looking and feeling fabulous! The salon itself is stunning you walk in and just know you’re about to receive the most high quality experience (plus their shampoo sinks are literally so comfortable you think I’m exaggerating but I’m not they really went through every little detail in their salon to ensure their customers would have the best quality). Allie and Autumn have also made sure their team is amazing! Last month for my moms wedding Marushca did our makeup for the day and made us absolutely stunning and lasted all through the terrible heat and down pour of rain we had! I also told me Boyfriend to check them out for his last hair cut since he had been having such a hard time finding a place he liked and he came home raving about his experience! I truly recommend them for all hair and makeup needs!

Josuee Contreras This place is fantastic. Thumbs up! I walked in today. The guy name Manolo, i think thats his name. He definately knows how to cut hair. Hes respectfull and artistic. I like some one who really is dedicated, who is motivated to feel the customers needs. Good Job hemano! I will definately come in again. I recommend coming in, for those who never been here.

I took a chance and now have complete faith that when I need a haircut, Lisa is who I will be coming to. It is also very convenient that she has a nail technician present as well. What better way to treat someone than to schedule a hair and nail appointment?

Kayla Wheelock Robert has done my hair twice now and I will never see another stylist! I’ve always had issues getting my hair done in the past but never here. He truly cares about making your hair look the best it can while also giving you what you ask for. Also, I’ve read a few reviews about the customer service which I strongly disagree with. Everyone is so kind from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. 10/10

kathy newman There’s no reason for me to go to another salon and there hasn’t been for 20+ years (I know shocks me too). But it’s because I have never been unhappy with my hair. The color and cut are always beautiful. People always ask who does my hair. And that’s the best compliment Hair Structure can get! It doesn’t hurt that Robert and Kenn are gems!

Amy Flores Jahira has been doing my lashes for over 2 years! From the moment I walk in she welcomes me with the coziest place and is super sweet during the entire service! Not only does she listen to every question you have, but she makes sure you leave satisfied! I love how my lashes look every time I leave, and I recommend her 100%!

Laser Hair Removal: Krista is super knowledgeable, not as painful as I thought it would be, significant change after one treatment, and worth every penny!!! Spray Tanning: Claire is also super knowledgeable, beautiful color, quick to dry, and the scent is perfect. I can’t stand a strong smelling anything!!!

Bay Bomar This is such an AWFUL experience ANY mom would hate to go through. Having a young toddler and no vehicle to get around i made very clear, The woman having told this to said if i could make within 15 minutes then she’d cut my child’s hair. we made it there less than 15 no one was there, i called the same number back to ask what happened for the woman to rudely say i had the wrong number, then proceeds to lie and tell me she hadn’t spoken to anyone and I must’ve not called the right salon. i honestly am just so upset that a so called “business” would lie if they didn’t plan on cutting my son’s hair. it took so much more driving all the way there then being disappointed and to top off lie and then have the owner call me to rudely try to explain himself. i will never come back there. please change the name. nothing about this place is southern. southern is common decency, this place clearly doesn’t have.

Erin King Carress, Callette, Claire, Emerson, and the rest of the staff at Blush helped make my best friends wedding day an absolute dream on Saturday. They helped us with makeup and hair trials in advance, which reduced anxiety a ton. They gave us tips and ideas to help with planning for the actual day. Carress and Callette helped us coordinate 9 people that day with hair, makeup, or just getting ready with us. They sent over the contract ahead of time, reviewed questions with us, and helped make the deposit process very easy. Payment the day of was just as easy. We were allowed to bring in snacks and drinks, play music, and really have a great time getting ready with the bride. We were even done an hour + early, which was incredible -- the bride was so worried about her schedule that day. My hair and makeup was even better than on the trial date (same with the bride). The other girls loved it and the mother of the bride was glowing when she left. Emerson is SO talented with makeup and fun. Claire did my hair and really helped make me feel special and heard. I got so many compliments on my updo! I have crazy thick, curly hair and my hair stayed in place all night, as did the brides! Everyone bragged about Carress (shes clearly amazing!) - she handled the bride and made her feel like a million bucks, despite her nerves that day. We dont have photos back yet or Id post them. Every one of us felt so beautiful on Saturday and wouldnt have but for Blush! I know Im forgetting to name a few people, but you all were great!! It was truly the best experience and Im so grateful for everyone. Everyone should use them!

Melissa King Claire SLAYED a haircut for my 9 year old son. I’ve always been frustrated by how little care is given to boy haircuts at chain barbers (arguably the most difficult haircut to do really well). Consider this the push you need to never go anywhere else. Claire did masterful job and took real time to deliver a wonderful cut. Could not be more pleased and it was scarcely more $ than a MUCH lesser experience. Look at that incredible fade!! Love these fabulous women at Blush!
