5 /5 Kayla Wheelock: Robert has done my hair twice now and I will never see another stylist! I’ve always had issues getting my hair done in the past but never here. He truly cares about making your hair look the best it can while also giving you what you ask for. Also, I’ve read a few reviews about the customer service which I strongly disagree with. Everyone is so kind from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. 10/10

5 /5 kathy newman: There’s no reason for me to go to another salon and there hasn’t been for 20+ years (I know shocks me too). But it’s because I have never been unhappy with my hair. The color and cut are always beautiful. People always ask who does my hair. And that’s the best compliment Hair Structure can get! It doesn’t hurt that Robert and Kenn are gems!

5 /5 Will G.: I read the review from a client who was late for her appointment. Appalling! Never be late for your hair appointment! Its disrespectful to the stylist, in this case Robert, and to me, the next client. You are taking a part of my of my time slot. Not acceptable! If you are going to be late, the proper thing to do is call the salon. I find it hard to believe that Robert and Kenn spoke to you with disrespect. Ive been a client seven years because theyre awesome. If you were having a bad day, and we all do, dont take it out on Robert and Kenn. And may I add, the world doesnt revolve around just you.
