1 /5 Shear Jashub: DONT EVER COME HERE!!! The taller lady was REALLY REALLY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She doesnt even know HOW TO CUT!! The first shorter lady that was initially cutting my hair messed up my hair, and even she didnt know HOW TO CUT!! How do you even open up a place like this when you DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO CUT!!! THE WORST PART IS THAT AS SHE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR SHE SAID "Since your haircut is very complex were gonna charge you $20" COMPLEX?!?!?! HOW IS GETTING A NORMAL HAIRCUT COMPLEX?!?! I was supposed to get 2 lines on the left side and a proper line up BUT after I saw how and what the did to my hair I LITERALLY HAD TO STAND UP AND LEAVE BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME "Why didnt you just go to your personal barber if youre not satisfied with this" I could go on and on about all the rude things she said to me! SUCH AN ATTITUDE! Ive attached my pictures after I reached home and fixed it up myself as much as I could but I have to just get rid of it all because I cant save this madness! Im gonna attach a reference picture that I showed them before the haircut, so that they can cut it exactly like that. I attached the before and after. My sides are just gone now. I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS! Because I didnt pay you to mess up my hair like this! I expect a refund within 24hrs

1 /5 Meenaz Bhaidani: Very much unprofessional behavior when I entered no greetings when I asked I want eyebrows threading she asked to wait the salon wasn’t busy at all. She was talking on the phone first I thought it would be an important call but then I can understand hindi language she was gossiping on the phone with some and asking me to wait to wait for 5 minutes. Then she came from the kitchen without sanitizing her hands she started doing my eyebrows. I use to come here 5 years back always never had this kind of experience that time. But the staff now is terrible, unprofessional no sanitization.
