Julie Thomas Dr. Kilby and his staff are fabulous!! We are always greeted with a smile at the front desk and Mary always takes great care of us at check out. Sankie is kind, friendly and very gentle. We just love her. Dr. Kilby is hands down the best dentist out there. We wouldn’t look anywhere else for our dental needs.

This is the first dentist office I felt comfortable, not being judged about my teeth. This team have giving me something I lost a long time ago and that is my self-esteem about my smile. A Great experience! I Heard great things about this office. I called one afternoon bc I had a cap pop off earlier that day and I’m so glad I did. I got in that afternoon due to a cancelation and was able to get my teeth cleaned and dr summers even fixed my tooth. I was so grateful for the care I received. From the front office staff to the dentist, everyone was kind and overall made my experience wonderful! I Found a great dentist for me and my family for years to come! Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!

Jennifer Hightower Dr Alderman has the best care of his patients at heart. He’s very passionate and cares about the patient’s concerns. He explains the necessary process and the steps to improve your problem. I went upset about a previous dentist’s work and he resolved the problem and talked me through the issue.

Antoinette Waldon Service was good. I took my daughter to get her tooth pulled. I used my dental insurance and they told me my payment after insurance was $122. I paid with no problem. When i got my statement from my dental insurance it showed i they covered everything except $46. I called the office and they claimed they haven’t gotten paid from the insurance company even though the insurance company said they sent the payment electronically 5 days prior. Dr Marable’s office said they would reimburse when the payment comes and now its almost a month and i haven’t heard anything back from them and they won’t answer my phone call. Just be aware when you visit this office

Christine Job RUN DON’T GO HERE…..I had dental work here a couple years back it was an extraction. It was rough I had never had a tooth removed. I remember that the Dentists name was different than that was on the sign. After that was completed with in a few months that area just didn’t feel right. I finally found got another dentist recently and I need to get some major work done. Basically when they took that tooth out at this practice they damaged a filling and cracked two of my crowns. Now it’s costing me $3,150 to fix what they messed up. I thought it was important to share with the Valdosta Community!

Yamika Givens I scheduled an appointment. I sent my insurance information over as requested. I was told I will receive a callback to notify me if Im in network. I did not receive a callback. I callback, there was not an update at the time. I called back 2 to 3 days prior to appointment to ensure in network, it was confirmed over the phone that I was in network. Remind you I sent a copy of my insurance card in advance. I came 15 minutes early. I waited an hour for him to say its out of network. Im upset because this could have all been prevented. I would have set an appointment elsewhere. A waste of my time.

John Wingate I was in for an tooth that was sore, with a slight discharge, but oddly no infection showing on x-ray. It was a tooth with an implant. Dr. Brent Depta removed the crown and screw and found super floss debris trapped that was the culprit. the entire procedure was without pain and very quick. It was an unusual case handled with swiftness. I was surprised that trapped super floss was the culprit and impressed Dr. Depta was smart enough to catch it. I would recommend Dr. Depta and his assistant/staff for any periodontal problems. Hes a great dentist. John Wingate

Larry Chambless Watch out for this guy. Work was great, but the finance lady will take you money. May have to drive to Jacksonville, Florida. Got twice as much for the same money.

Anne Rickert I cannot recommend Dr Depta highly enough. I had previous bone graft and implant failure and was advised that I was not a candidate for an implant. Dr Depta was encouraging and positive. He performed a bone block graft instead of granular bone that had not worked for me. It took, he placed my implant, and it’s 100% successful, no pain, healing beautifully.

K Ice Dental care here is the best Ive ever had! They are great, very professional, and friendly. I did not have any pain when he pulled out my tooth. Also, my face wasnt swollen. That was really amazing!

Tricia Williams Dr. Tomlinson is hands down the gentlest Dentist Ive ever been to! Id previously gone to another dentist that caused Dental anxiety, Dr. Tomlinson set me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I never even felt the novacaine shot!! Stacy is absolutely phenomenal at handling the benefits aspect of the business and Teri and Aryal are amazing assistants/hygienists!

Cindy Guilmette I am a Chicken when it comes to going to the Dentist. But Dr. Bill and Phyllis (His Nurse) are wonderful people. Actually their whole staff are friendly and helpful.They care about each and every patient and make sure you are comfortable. Whenever I have had a problem they have gotten me in right away.I highly recommend his office.

Robin Gibbs Counter staff are very courteous and friendly. They know our family by name. They are super helpful and very accommodating as we have a large family and travel a good distance to see them. The technicians are wonderful. The game room for the kids is nice. The staff has always been so good with our children. The dentists have always been very nice and very good. We have always been very satisfied with them. It is clean and they have TVs in the rooms to distract you which is great for those of us who are nervous. I cant say enough nice things about them.

Going to the dentist is definitely not a "fun" activity, but since we all have to go, Its nice to go somewhere that has wonderful customer service. The staff was very kind and helpful. Wait time was VERY short! I saw Dr. Woodward and he gave me great tips on how to improve my dental care!

Paula Henderson The absolute worst dental medical/procedure experience I have ever encountered in my life. Not to mention most unprofessional. Unorganized staff via means of front desk associate at the time did not present consent forms for consent of procedure until after said procedure and what is just as bad, patient ( myself ) and dentist are not even clear and on the same page concerning what tooth procedure will be performed before procedure. Use your imagination for the clear details of disaster. Complete lack of clear communication that is necessary always in dental or medical. As a trained Surgical Technologist and person extremely compassionate about medical / healthcare I have never felt more traumatized and robbed at the same time. The atmosphere of this practice is not professional and the office manager has zero understanding of HIPPA LAW or Customer Service. Sorry but Not Sorry cause I said what I said and it’s the absolute Truth. Do NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. The beauty of my smile or my teeth did not come from this practice. The beauty of my teeth and my smile was and has been completely disrupted by this dental practice. Oh and let’s not forget my bank account. Totally unfair and completely unacceptable.
