Mrs TMcLady Just dont have oral surgery with Dr. Shahrokh Bagheri. He was very unprofessional with my daughter as she was having surgery done. When I was called back to be with her after the procedure, my daughter looked scared and she told me she woke up during the procedure and the dr was like she still medicated, no she wasnt. My daughter was scared, she had been crying and Im still surprised he still a surgeon there.

Heather Doty We needed urgent wisdom teeth removal due to an infection and were happy that they were able to schedule us so quickly. We paid $1,300 out of pocket for the service as our insurance was having some issues that we were resolving on the back end and we were assured that the claim could be made later. So we proceed with the surgery and the back area was a little scary and someone was literally screaming. I get that people react differently to anesthesia but it didn’t help that some of the equipment in the room was a little rusty and it felt like a horror movie. Anyway, the surgery itself went well and without complications. I asked for a different medicine than what the dentist prescribed and they said they did give me something different but when I had the prescription filled, it was the same thing in a lower dosage. When we were leaving, the staff was shooing us out of the pickup spot before I could even get buckled in. I called back several times, first to ask follow up care questions and no one ever called me back. Then to submit the claim, which they told me to email so I did. I followed up twice and asked to confirm receipt of my emails and no one ever replied. After two weeks, I called to try and speak to someone and they said the claim was paid so they didn’t submit it. (Of course it was paid, I paid for it. I was trying to get reimbursed.) They finally submitted the claim to the insurance company and told me to follow up in two weeks, so I did call back when I didn’t see the claim on my insurance policy. At this point, two of my dentist claims processed between the surgery date and the time of the call. The representative was very rude and condescending, saying that my claim would take longer because it was a surgery and telling me that I don’t know how insurance works. Which, I do work in insurance.. just as an FYI. So I asked for the itemized receipt so I could file the claim myself and she said I don’t need it because they’ve already sent it and to call my insurance company in two more weeks. Whatever. I call the insurance company two weeks later and they said they never got the claim. So I called this facility back just to ask for the itemized bill again and the representative was rude and condescending again! I even told her I just want the bill so I don’t have to call her back. She said she would email it and I never got it. The dental claim finally processed, and I asked the insurance company to send me the check instead of them, which they said they would have to stop the check to the facility but they didn’t. The representative was again rude over the phone when I was trying to confirm if the check was able to be cashed, as I was told by the insurance company that they would be sending me a check directly. She tried to say she JUST explained everything to my husband and was again, condescending and rude. I wasn’t trying to drive 40 miles for a stopped check so I was just calling to make sure before we made the trip. We picked up the check today and the representative had an attitude again. I’m glad that we will never have to deal with them again and don’t recommend using this facility.

Nya Ware I will never come here again. The staff at the front desk were very nice but the moment I sat in the chair to get my wisdom teeth removed everything went left.
1. My appointment was for 8:15 Monday morning but I wasn’t called back until almost 9am.
2. It was my very first time being under any type of anesthesia and I was extremely scared. I started to cry I was so nervous and no one seemed to have any care in the world to try and help me feel better or explain to me what was about to happen.
It seemed like they were in a rush to hurry up and put me to sleep so they wouldn’t have to deal with me. The bedside manner was just terrible. It was like they were offended that I was nervous and were very snobby in letting me know they do this everyday and I shouldn’t worry.
The craziest part is that they made a mistake with the IV bag causing water to start dripping on the floor, which seemed to startle the lady with the needle in my arm and they had a good laugh about it. For people who do this everyday what’s so hard about clipping the IV bag correctly?
3. Overall in my whole experience I feel the two women who were with me before the doctor came in were completely inconsiderate and completely unprofessional. I especially feel this strongly towards the woman who put the needle in my arm. As previously stated , I feel she was in a rush to hurry and put me to sleep so she could stop dealing with me.
I was not treated as a human being who has an heart and emotions. I was just another number for them to get through that day.
All I could do was cry. there was literally nothing I could do.. Everyone was moving so quickly. Next thing I know I’m waking up in my friends parking lot and they’re helping me up the stairs.
I’m grateful to be okay now though. It’s been three days and my face is huge!
For my first time being under any type of anesthesia, I hope and pray if I ever have to go through it again that it is nothing like this.
