Mixon Family And Cosmetic Dentistry - Macon Fred Flintstone: If you start a new copay program, you should let patients know before there scheduled appointment. I was not prepared for a 50$ copay, (which is higher than any specialist I have seen) I payed it. You explained that insurance doesnt quite cover the services rendered. I understand. With that being said, I dont want a credit to my account for any overages on my part. I expect an overage check payed to me. I need my money just as much as your business yours. Hopefully this will help someone else prepare for a copay that has never been required by your practice and not be blindsided at the desk, the day of appointment, which is bullshit.

My dentist has been Dr. Katz for a number of years and his practice is combining with The Walker group. The front office was welcoming and well organized. My technician has been with The Walker Group. She was wonderful. She explained every step in the process of examining my teeth, mouth, and gums. I felt very reassured about my dental care with the combined practices.I was able to see Dr. Katz and also meet Dr. Walker. I am pleased with the appointment, the service, the knowledge and communication of all involved in my visit. Highly recommend Dr. Katz and the Walker Group on Northside in Macon.

Dental Care Center - macon - Macon Mrs TMcLady: Just dont have oral surgery with Dr. Shahrokh Bagheri. He was very unprofessional with my daughter as she was having surgery done. When I was called back to be with her after the procedure, my daughter looked scared and she told me she woke up during the procedure and the dr was like she still medicated, no she wasnt. My daughter was scared, she had been crying and Im still surprised he still a surgeon there.

She addressed all my questions, needs and concerns prior to deciding on her strategy! Dr. Baker & her team (who is not to be overlooked) made me feel secure in my new front bottom crowns! They had me ready to go- in a bride-to-be emergency situation, without any hesitation!! Dr. Baker took the time to revisit my labs, charts and made sure she color matched to a tee!
